Hi @pgard7109 , I suppose that the AC180 has activated protection based on the ambient temperature to prevent damage to the battery from low temperatures.
We do not have new firmware that can enhance battery performance in low temperatures. Developing such firmware might impact the battery’s lifespan. Therefore, we recommend using the AC180 in a suitable temperature environment.

The firmware version DSP2088.03 that solves this AC180P issue has been pushed to everyone’s AC180Ps, please kindly upgrade.
Notes:
- All firmware versions starting with 2088 can be upgraded.
- Those who have not been pushed the 208804 version before can upgrade, those who have already upgraded to 208804 will not receive the update.
- The batch-pushed 208803 is the same as the previously targeted 208804 version, solving the same issue.

I’m owning AC180P and facing the same issue with UPS mode. When it’s charged after a while it just turns off. Eco mode is disabled, it was connected to the fridge with 100-130w consumption.
Could you send a firmware update to me as well? I would appreciate your support!

Sorry for bothering, but I faced with the same issue too.
After reaching 100% of capacity in UPS mode station shuts down after loosing grid power. So UPS mode is not working in that particular case.
Tested with different settings:
- Eco mode disabled,
- Auto Sleep disabled,
- Grid Self-adaptation: Enabled/Disabled
