Low grid voltage error on AC180P

Dear @BLUETTI_CARE , Yes, that’s right. I also filled out a special form. But I also wrote a post on this topic (sorry for the spam, if that’s the case). I previously left a similar request for another EB3A, that’s right.
Thank you very much for your help!

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE Thank you for the update. I have updated the DSP (from 2088.04 to 2088.99) on both of my stations and enabled Grid Self-adaptation. I can’t check if it works properly right now, but I will let you know if any issues arise.

Please remove the upgrade notification.

Thank you.

Hi @dimacoupe, thank uyou for your update.
We are glad to hear that the new firmware works well!

Hi @Sokyrko, thank you for letting us know.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @sklymenko, thank you for your confirmation.
No worries. For now, we recommend that customers upgrade firmware by clicking the link and filling out the form, as this is the most efficient method. We process and push these firmware updates first thing every morning.
There will be no issues as long as the SN code and DSP version you provide are correct.

Hi @Innisfree, thank you for your update.
We have applied to remove the V99 update notification for you, and you will no longer be disturbed by such alerts.

Hi, for some reason I haven’t received the update yet, but I noticed changes in the DSP, even though I haven’t updated anything yet.

It’s now like this: DSP v2088.04->v2088.99
ARM v2089.02->v2089.04
the problem remains

Dear Support,
Thank you a lot for such a quick feedback and resolution. It works as expected.
Thumps up!

Hi! May you help me? Due to the current energy crisis, our grid voltage often stays within the 170-180 V range. I cannot charge the stations:

Hello @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE,

About three weeks ago, I requested the firmware and you confirmed the request, but I still haven’t received the firmware, even after filling out the form at the link. My Bluetti cannot charge below 190V. Could you please check that the data has been received? I have filled out the form again for this purpose.

Sorry for bothering you again, but I need to charge it for 2-3 hours of electricity, but the voltage won’t let me do that. Thanks for understanding.

Hello, We have pushed the new firmware to you. Did you not receive it? Thank you for your feedback, and I look forward to your response!

Hello, Thank you for the reply. At the moment, the new firmware has not yet been available. All firmware versions remain the same as I indicated in the post. I have attached screenshots.
Is it possible that this could be affected by the Bluetti account or mobile app (perhaps I need to log back in, although I think the firmware is linked to the serial number)?

I am looking forward to your reply.
