Hello @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE , I followed the instructions provided in the app: installed the latest firmware version, turned on grid self adaption and set the charging mode to silent. The voltage is around 180V, but unfortunately the charging doesn’t work :(
Do you have any suggestions?

I have two AC180p stations. Currently, there are problems with electricity in Ukraine, and the voltage is around 180 V. Both stations are not charging even though the firmware has been updated and grid self-adaptation mode and silent mode are enabled. Please update the firmware on both stations for me.

had the same issue with AC180P not charging at low voltage throwing E177 despite voltage is something of 90% of 230V

I’m living in Ukraine and there always low voltage (180-190v) from a socket after a power outage/blackout. When attempting to charge the device, error E114 appears. Grid Self-adaptation mode and Silent (Eco) mode did not solve the problem.
Could you please push me a modified firmware if possible, so I can charge my power station safety? Thank you in advance.

I also live in Ukraine and unfortunately I have the same problem - the voltage in the network now often drops below 190 V and is in the range of 180-190 V. During charging, it gives an error E114. Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE! I use the Bluetti AC180P power station (bought November, 19, 2024) Till today the the grid voltage was upper 190 V and the station charged correctly. Today in Kyiv voltage dropped and was in range 169…188 V, so the station have displayed me an error E114. I have chosen the “Self-adaptation” mode and the “Silent” mode of charging in Bluetti app, but an error didn’t disappeared.
So, is it possible to upgrade the firmware to prevent this error?
