Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE
I had an issue with UPS mode and random shutoffs back in July 2024 and that problem was fixed with DSP upgrade. Today this issue came back, my AC180P shutoff twice in an hour with 100% charge and working grid. Also the screen may constantly light up and immediately go out on a working machine. I started app and in upgrade menu there was a new ARM version so I proceed with it. Machine updated ARM: v2089.03 to v2089.04
Hi @vladislavrizhak, Currently, we do not have a new firmware for this issue.
We would like to confirm whether the phone is not being charged or if the AC70P just does not display the output while actually charging.
Please first confirm that the DC output is turned on and that the ambient temperature is suitable. Remove the phone case and adjust the phone’s angle. Does this help?
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
Hi @2105413, Unfortunately, we do not have firmware to fix the wireless charging issue.
To achieve wireless charging, the phone must be placed within the coil. If you are still unsatisfied with its charging performance, please get in touch with customer service for support.
I hope it does help.
Hi @Denny_eL, I am sorry, but the current DSP v2088.04 is already the latest firmware.
If the issue persists, it may be necessary to contact customer service to arrange a warranty claim.
I hope it does help.
Current AC180P behavior looks very similar to described here - AC180P turns off randomly - #1203 by Boolbara and after I changed charge speed from silent to normal and shutdown station by myself for 5 minutes, random poweroffs no longer repeated yet, but screen continues to lights up randomly and goes off. Station used 24/7 in UPS mode since July 2024. Maybe this issue arose due to long run? @BLUETTI_CARE
Hi @Denny_eL, Your speculation makes a lot of sense, so you might want to try recalibrating.
Additionally, it could also be due to the internal temperature being too high, causing an automatic shutdown. Maintaining a ventilated environment might help.
Well, after 2 days of proper work random shutoffs back again. Room temp 17C, input voltage 230-240V 50Hz, constant output load 100-300W. No errors on LCD or in APP. Factory reset unit for clean start and continue test run, @BLUETTI_CARE
I am having the same issue where I cannot use the Bluetti as a UPS because it randomly turns off the AC output when fully charged and plugged into AC Power while running only my PC.
Please update my power station.

Hi @Bsfreeburg, We have requested that push the latest DSP firmware for you.
Our IT department will push the firmware to your unit in 1 working day.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.
Thank you for @Selfmadestrom’s kind advice!
Hi @Denny_eL, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
This issue appears quite unusual. Thank you for trying again.
We hope this helps. If not, please contact customer service to arrange for repairs.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
Just to keep you updated: factory reset was not helpful station continued to shutoff randomly so I powered machine off and unplugged grid for 48hrs. And after powering on all glitches were gone: no more LCD flickering, no AC shutoffs, for a week in a row all good.
Hi @Denny_eL, Thank you for sharing—this is great news!
It looks like your AC180P returned to normal after resting for 48 hours. We guess this may have been due to the internal cell temperature being too high, and shutting it down allowed the system enough time to cool properly.
We will share this case with our engineers so that we can help more customers in the future.
