Hi @Denny_eL, This seems abnormal, and we don’t think it’s related to the firmware.
Could you please let us know the specific historical error codes of the AC180P? This will help us further analyze the problem.

By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
There is no errors stored on device. It’s just shuts off by itself with grid power 230V and 100% battery charge. I’ve tried to discharge it and then recharge, on 76% device died, then I switched it on and till 34% it worked fine then died again. Switched on and continue discharge till 7% then connected grid power and up to 100% in normal charging speed it was working OK, and in a minute after it reached 100% it dies again. I have disconnected the grid and left the device rest. After a few days I noticed device had switched on by itself, shows 99%, stay on for some time and then powered off.
I can’t rely on it so it is not used for now.

hi @BLUETTI_CARE
After 3 months of not using the AC180P station, when I turned it on, the screen started flashing and it started to turn off and on by itself, both with the DC and AC switched off and on, during charging after 2-3 minutes you can hear the inverter clicking and the station turns off and charging does not continue. Error codes are not displayed
please send the corrected firmware

Hello
I bought another ‘bluetti’ AC180P.
The previous one would turn off after a random amount of time in bypath mode. I updated the DSP firmware to version 2088.03 and it worked perfectly.
This time, the problem is different. The ‘bluetti’ frequently clicks, and the screen lights up. The power supply seems stable, and the test device hasn’t rebooted, but the clicking and screen backlighting are bothering me.
Somehow, this creates micro-dip oscillations or something similar, and the monitor, which is connected to the mains and powered by another UPS, is sensitive to this, and its backlight turns off for 2 seconds during some of the clicks.
Could you please send me the new DSP firmware?

Hi @Lok, We would like to know if your AC180P has been over-discharged. Are you using AC charging? Could you switch to DC charging instead, and would that help?
Were there any loads connected when the clicking sound occurred? What is the rated power of the load? We are concerned that the load may be too high, causing an overload.
Could you record a video, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us?
We will conduct a further analysis.
Hi @MrK944, We would like to know if the solar panel was already connected when the clicking sound occurred.
Is your power grid stable? Would turning on Grid Self-adaption help?

The device was not over-discharged when I turned it on, it was 57 percent charged. I was using AC charging, there were no loads. The station was without any devices connected. I left the station for 3 hours, connected the charger from the network and was able to charge the station to 100%. But the station still behaves very strangely. It turns off by itself when it wants to, does not immediately respond to the power button. After connecting a load of up to 150 W, it can turn off by itself, reboot randomly, and then not turn on for 3-5 minutes. When connecting a constant current source for charging, the screen flashes and the station reboots randomly, the station behaves the same way when connecting a load. The video is here.
Bluetti connected to the same AC as the first one. My testing device connected to bluetti for testing turning off is respberry pi, it consumes 1-2W. Bluetti does not recognize it and tells me it consumes 0W in app.
They’re both plugged into a wall outlet and are on the same line. My main идгуееш device handles 300-500W. Nothing but the Raspberry Pi is connected to the second one. I’ll add another monitor and remove my old UPS from the circuit. There will be two outlets on the same line, with bluetti devices connected to both. One will have a computer and a monitor, the other a Raspberry Pi and another monitor. I’ll check if the clicking noise and screen light persists.
hi @BLUETTI_CARE Today, when I woke up, I saw that the station was working like this. After several attempts to turn on the inverter, it turned on and the station worked under a load of 100 watts. After 10-15 minutes, the inverter clicked and the station turned off and does not turn on.
