hello! Indeed, firmware 2088.04 solved some problems, although during the testing process I found another problem:
If AC180P is used as a UPS for a refrigerator, then there may come a time when there is a long absence of external power, when the battery is completely discharged, it turns off, and when the external power is turned on, only the AC180P itself turns on to charge the battery, but the refrigerator will remain turned off, and this is bad.
How do I get AC180P to automatically turn on AC when external power appears? Is it possible to add the “Default AC on/off” item in the program?
This will fix UPS mode…

Good afternoon, I too want to buy a BLUETTI AC180P as a UPS for my computer.
I understand it is sold out due to these bugs and I have to wait for it to be repaired? Can I buy it from another store and use it or wait for a new revision?
And has everyone gotten the normal firmware already, or do I need to post here after purchase and wait for an update for my device only?

Hello everyone, for customers above who have already provided the SN code and DSP version number, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow and test if the issue is resolved.

Hi @kirillDevPro , Thank you for your interest in the AC180P. We have already fixed this issue with DSP v2088.04, and you can resolve it by upgrading the firmware. If our official store is out of stock, I recommend purchasing from other authorized dealers that have it in stock, and then upgrading it yourself.
