I am experiencing the same issue with low voltage on the ac180p, i cant charge because grid is under 190V. If possible, please enable low voltage charging.

Kindly be advised that I got the update for AC2P yesterday. And it helped. The device started charging at low voltage `184-185V. Thank you!

Please push me the firmware for Device AC180P as well (the same problem of charging at low voltage). I’ve asked before but nothing was received.

Hi @denzn, We have consulted the Technical Department regarding this matter, and they informed us that your firmware is already up to date—hence, no further updates can be pushed.
Additionally, please note that the low-voltage protection mechanism is triggered when the voltage drops to 70% of the rated voltage. During AC charging, please click on the Grid Input icon to check the actual input voltage. If it is lower than 70% of the rated voltage, charging will not be possible.

We have consulted the technical team regarding this matter, and they confirmed that your firmware is already up to date—hence, no further update can be pushed.
Please navigate to Advanced Settings, enable Grid Self-adaption, and then try activating the Silent Charging Mode. If the device still fails to charge, it may be due to excessively low grid voltage, which falls outside the charging range of the AC180P.
