I am a product owner of a Bluetti unit AC180T and I am writing to you from Ukraine.
I currently reside in a region close to the front lines where we are facing critical and persistent issues with unstable grid power quality, specifically very low mains voltage.
Current Issue: The input voltage in my home network frequently drops to 180V and often even lower.
Consequence: Under these low-voltage conditions, my Bluetti device refuses to charge from the grid, which severely limits its usability and reliability during the frequent power outages we experience.
I understand that Bluetti has previously provided Custom Firmware (Custom FW) solutions that can lower the minimum input voltage threshold required for AC charging to begin.
Hi @Tur432, We noticed that your firmware is already up to date.
Could you please click on the AC Input icon to check the actual input voltage?
Please enable Grid Self-adaption mode—does this help resolve the issue?
Hi @Baibak.a, thank you for letting us know.
Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hello, could u help me with low grid voltage? Send me a firmware update, please. Sometimes, for me, it’s from 170-180v, and my device does not charge.
Also, a question, if u send it, how can I install it?

Hi @BLUETTI and @BLUETTI_CARE!
Could you, please, send me the upgrade to make my station ( grid self-adaption option is enabled ) charge itself when grid voltage is 180-190 v.

In Ukraine we have constant voltage problems due to russian bombings. Thanks in advance.
Hi @Tur432, This does look a bit odd. Would switching to silent charging mode help resolve the issue?
Is the ambient temperature suitable, and has any error message appeared in the app?
HI @olegd, thank you for letting us know.

Regarding how to perform the upgrade, please go to the firmware update page and click the blue Upgrade button.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE. Silent charging mode is enabled, ambient temperature is normal, the app showed error E114 “low voltage”, but when the voltage in the socket increases to 190, everything works normally.
Hi @2177, That is great! Thank you for the update, and we’re glad to hear the good news!
I’ve also shared it with the technical department, and they are equally delighted.
Hi @Tur432, according to the error prompt, the issue is indeed caused by excessively low input voltage, which prevents the AC180P from charging.
We do not have any new firmware available for push at this time. We have reported this matter to the technical department for further discussion and will contact you as soon as we receive a response.
