Hi @BLUETTI_CARE. I am from Ukraine, and currently we only have electricity for a couple of hours a day. Without a charging station, it’s impossible. But it doesn’t charge properly because the current doesn’t reach 190V in some places. Can you make custom firmware to enable the station to charge at lower voltages. Please make one for my station.

And today I received an update for DSP: v2126.03 → v2126.99.
However, when I tried to install it, the update process started.
After going to the “update” section in app, the DSP version had not changed and I could run the update procedure again.
As a result, nothing has changed.
I haven’t noticed this behavior during updates before. Is there anything else I need to do?
