Low grid voltage error on AC180P

Hi @Gustavofk, I believe there might be some misunderstanding here. Yes, the AC70P is a very new model, and we are happy to provide technical support for it.

I have already forwarded your request to our R&D department, but please understand that they have a heavy workload. Requests are prioritized based on the submission time and the volume of demand, so your request will be processed, but we cannot guarantee a specific timeline. We appreciate your patience with this.

Additionally, we noticed that your firmware has not been upgraded to the latest version. We have already pushed ARM v2152.04 in bulk. Please update to that version first. We will also individually push the latest DSP v2112.03 to you within the next 24 hours. During the upgrade, please do not connect any devices.
We hope this helps!

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I have the same problem on my new AC180P, when connecting it to the grid i get low grid voltage error.
Both silent charging mode and grid self-adaptation does not help.

SN is AC180P2434001486161

IOT v9046.01
ARM v2125.03
DSP 2126.03

Can firmware be applied to my machine to allow it charging on my grid?
The source of the issue i believe comes from me living in Ukraine and constant hardships our grid suffers at the moment.

Hi @qw25456, Please don’t worry about it, our new firmware could resolve this problem.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @Gustavofk, Thanks to our combined efforts, we have expedited the completion of a new dedicated firmware that resolves the low-voltage charging issue. We have already pushed DSP v2112.71 to your AC70P.
Please upgrade it now.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @yuriyd, Thanks to our combined efforts, we have expedited the completion of a new dedicated firmware that resolves the low-voltage charging issue. We will push the new DSP v2112.71 to your AC70P in 24 hours.
Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE grid-self adaption mode doesnt help, if using >500w station can turn off, also can stop/start charging every few second if voltage is not stable, idk its normal or not, im using staion mainly in ups, do u have solution?

Hi @deadline, We’ve confirmed that your firmware is the latest one, so we are unable to push a new firmware update for you.

It seems the issue might be caused by excessively low grid voltage, preventing charging. Could you test and let us know the current grid voltage?

If you can try charging with a generator or solar panels, it will help confirm whether the issue is with the AC180P itself or the grid voltage.

whats the min and max voltage shoud be without any problem?

Hi @deadlike, The European version of the machine is labeled with a charging voltage of 230V. Our new DSP has expanded the voltage range, allowing charging within 70%-115% of the standard voltage.

We are preparing to push the new DSP v2088.99 to optimize the charging performance for you.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help. After that, please reminder us to delete the upgrade notification.

does new version increase switching time? i use station mainly for pc, and after upgrade, when i lost electricity my monitors reboot for a like few seconds

Hi ,
You can consider me as another AC70P customer experiencing the same E114 errors when the voltage drops. What are the chances of getting custom firmware with slightly adjusted thresholds to support such circumstances?

S/N: AC70P2429004114625
IOT: v9046.01
ARM: v2152.04
DSP: v2112.03
Thanks in advance.

I’ve upgraded my AC70P to the new firmware you guys pushed (v2112.71), and I can confirm that it charges properly at the current voltage value of 185V. Thank you so much for your hard work - it really means a lot to us.

Hi @yuriyd, Thank you for your feedback.
I am glad to hear that the problem is resolved, I will share this good news with our R&D department.

Hi @deadlike,The new firmware helps ensure charging under low voltage or unstable voltage conditions. Low voltage itself can impact UPS switching time, and this issue is not caused by the new firmware.

Our new firmware is designed to ensure the unit can charge properly despite these voltage conditions. I hope it does help.

Hi @DimaB, Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the DSP tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.

@BLUETTI_CARE this update increase switch time, i check it myself with unplug cable, pc doesnt reboot, but monitors does, if its not fixeble, i prefer previous version, bcz low/high voltage ERROR rarely appears in comparison with lost electrycity

@BLUETTI_CARE
I have the same issue. Please assist.
in the App I see alarm “Grid Voltage Low - E114”
Bluetti AC60P
S/N: AC60P2352000274990
BMS: v1042.03
ARM: v2090.04
DSP: v2075.04

Hi @deadline, We strongly discourage reverting to the original firmware, as the new firmware effectively improves AC180P’s charging performance under unstable grid conditions.

If you’re concerned about the UPS switching issue, please disable Grid Self-adaption mode. This will help reduce the UPS switching time significantly.

Hi @oOiam4everOo, we have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department.
They will push the latest version of firmware to your AC60P in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi, having similar issue on my AC200PL2433000041667 , any chance to get it working?
