Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
Today I have upgraded DSP to v2088.04 and my AC180P is charging even grid is 177 V.
So, it works, thank you.
Thank you very much, after upgrading to the .04 version of firmware the station can be charged even if the grid voltage is lower than usual, I’m relieved
Hi @Yurii.kush and @AvrelivsMaximvs, thank you for letting us know.
I am glad to hear that the problem is resolved.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE ,
I’m having the same problem with my AC180 (non-P version). Due to ongoing power issues in Ukraine, the voltage often drops below 190v. Unfortunately, this isn’t enough to fully charge my device. As a result, I can’t rely on it during extended power outages.
I was wondering if there’s any possibility of a firmware update that could address this issue. I imagine other AC180 users in Ukraine might be facing similar problems. Any solutions you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi @vk1, we have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department. They will push the latest firmware version to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, thanks for the fix. I’ve updated DSP to v2126.04 and can confirm that it works without issues. The unit can be charged even with 185 voltage with grid self-adaptation enabled. Finally, I can fully use it and open its potential, thanks a lot!
Would you be so kind to push the update for my second unit?

Hello!
Having the same issue here - the device does not charge at all from the grid due to low voltage error.

Hi @lichfb, Now I have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department. They pushed the DSP v2126.04 to your machine. Please upgrade it.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
After that, please enable the grid self-adaption mode and try again.
Please let us know if it works.
Did they push already? Or it will take 24 hours? Cuz I don’t have any updates right now in my app
Hi @lichfb, It is confirmed that we have pushed it already, can you upgrade it now? Please let us know if it works.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE , thanks for the fix. Charging works without issues with voltage below 190v on the second unit.
I got update, but my DSP updated to v2102,05 not v2126.04
Hi @lichfb, I am sorry it’s my mistake to confuse your DSP version.
We wonder if the new DSP does work, can you let us know the test result?
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
Same problem here (Low grid voltage error on AC180P) . Can you please push new firmware version to me?

Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE. I have the same problem as people in this chat. Yesterday I received a brand new AC70, the first time I connected it to charge it (it was 28%) and it showed me the error E114 (low mains voltage). I couldn’t find such a thread for my device, so I’m going to post the AC70 data here. Please help me to release a new firmware. Thank you!

Hi @Molfar, We have noticed that your DSP version is already up to date. Is there any instability in the power grid in your area?
Please log into the Bluetti app, go to Advanced Settings, find the Grid Self Adaptation mode, and then change the charging mode to Silent Charging. Does this make a difference?
I hope it does help.
