I have DSP v2088.02 and I don’t get upgrade yet. It says “You’re up to date” Any thoughts?

UPD: Tried to get update on Android app and iOS app.

Received 2088.99 firmware. Everything is great so far. Device is charging even at low voltage of approximately 180 volts which is great. Thanks for the fix, will continue testing it.

Hello. I was also wondering if it’s possible to turn off UPS function so AC180P would charge and discharge at the same time when connected to the grid with AC switch on? I’d like to be able to do it manually when voltage is way too low to power my appliances with 230 volts from the station and not from the grid. I like that now my device can be charged at low voltage but I don’t like the fact that this low voltage also powers my appliances which are connected to the station.

Hi @Kvano , Currently, we can’t turn off the UPS mode, if you don’t want to charge the AC appliances directly, please disconnect them from AC180P when the AC is charging.

Hi @Vovan_M , Currently, the new firmware version is only available for the AC180P. There are no immediate plans for other models. If there is significant demand for this feature from customers, our product development team will consider developing it for other models as well.

Understood. Anyway, I already had to buy an AVR for an additional 55$ to get your device working.

Can this be implemented in the future? It’d be very convenient to be able to turn the UPS mode off.

Hello!

Having the same issue here - the device (AC180P) does not charge at all from the grid due to low voltage error.
Can I have an update as well? The only one that was available for me (v2088.03) is already installed, but I do not get any new updates unfortunately.

Is there an option to push an update manually if I cannot see it in the menu?

Hi @petrucsha, I have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @AvrelivsMaximvs, Please tell us the SN number of your AC180P, and then we will push the latest version of firmware to your machine.
Once we push the new firmware, you can log into the Bluetti app and upgrade it directly.
