does new version increase switching time? i use station mainly for pc, and after upgrade, when i lost electricity my monitors reboot for a like few seconds
Hi ,
You can consider me as another AC70P customer experiencing the same E114 errors when the voltage drops. What are the chances of getting custom firmware with slightly adjusted thresholds to support such circumstances?
S/N: AC70P2429004114625
IOT: v9046.01
ARM: v2152.04
DSP: v2112.03
Thanks in advance.
I’ve upgraded my AC70P to the new firmware you guys pushed (v2112.71), and I can confirm that it charges properly at the current voltage value of 185V. Thank you so much for your hard work - it really means a lot to us.
Hi @yuriyd, Thank you for your feedback.
I am glad to hear that the problem is resolved, I will share this good news with our R&D department.
Hi @deadlike,The new firmware helps ensure charging under low voltage or unstable voltage conditions. Low voltage itself can impact UPS switching time, and this issue is not caused by the new firmware.
Our new firmware is designed to ensure the unit can charge properly despite these voltage conditions. I hope it does help.
Hi @DimaB, Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the DSP tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.
@BLUETTI_CARE this update increase switch time, i check it myself with unplug cable, pc doesnt reboot, but monitors does, if its not fixeble, i prefer previous version, bcz low/high voltage ERROR rarely appears in comparison with lost electrycity
@BLUETTI_CARE
I have the same issue. Please assist.
in the App I see alarm “Grid Voltage Low - E114”
Bluetti AC60P
S/N: AC60P2352000274990
BMS: v1042.03
ARM: v2090.04
DSP: v2075.04
Hi @deadline, We strongly discourage reverting to the original firmware, as the new firmware effectively improves AC180P’s charging performance under unstable grid conditions.
If you’re concerned about the UPS switching issue, please disable Grid Self-adaption mode. This will help reduce the UPS switching time significantly.
Hi @oOiam4everOo, we have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department.
They will push the latest version of firmware to your AC60P in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi, having similar issue on my AC200PL2433000041667 , any chance to get it working?
Thanks for the quick response. DSP was upgraded. Currently, the grid voltage is 212V, but I’ll check during the whole day if voltage goes down and how it will work with 190V and less.
it did not want to upgrade, but later on it did DSP upgrade auto git adjustment option started working fine, issue’s self resolved :)
@Bluetti team - pls upgrade the app so people can push force update buttons (from time to time it is unavalilable)
Hi @oOiam4everOo, Thank you for letting us know.
We are expecting your feedback.
I hope it does help.
Hi @viktar, It seems the issue has been resolved, correct? We’re glad to hear that.
Generally, as long as customers have properly registered and linked their devices, they will receive an upgrade notification. Customers can then decide whether to upgrade or not. If they wish to upgrade, they simply need to click the Upgrade button.
We respect our customers’ right to choose whether to upgrade, as forcing updates might infringe on the preferences of those who do not wish to upgrade.
If you encounter any issues during the upgrade process, please contact customer service for assistance.

Hi @Denlapshyn, Regarding this issue, please first upgrade the Bluetti app to the latest version, then enable Grid Self-adaption and change the charging mode to silent mode. Does this help?
If it is confirmed to be ineffective, we will then push the new firmware to you.
Hi ,
I looked at the forum before writing and immediately made all the recommendations. The Bluetti program is updated to the latest version, network self-adaptation is enabled. Charging mode is silent mode. This does not help
Thanks in advance.
