Hi @PDagz12, thank you for your update.
we wonder if you have recalibrated it after upgrading?
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
You can click this link for reference.
Please let us know if it does help.
@BLUETTI_CARE thank you. Received the update and did it. Charged to full. Attempted to drain via Ac to 0 to continue the process and this time it shut off at 49 percent discharge and would not come back on. Any suggestions on what to do next?

Shuts off at 35%. It’s been like this for 1 year.
@BLUETTI_CARE Yes I have tried all the discharging methods but the device keeps cutting power at 75% percent and the battery does not get to zero percent, charging is not the issue…discharging is, when trying to calibrate SoC. I’ll contact customer support.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE,
I have the same issue, can you push an update for me as well?
My serial number is EB3A2214000844063

Dsp v2056.10
Thank you.
Hi @Dawnbunny, When AC charging is ineffective, could you please try DC charging? We recommend using a slow car charger to continuously activate the battery cells. If car charging is not available, you can also attempt solar charging.
If neither method works, the only remaining option will be to arrange for warranty service. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

@BLUETTI_CARE it ìs not the charging that is the issue. It is the discharging. Once it hits 63 percent it shuts down and will not turn back on until I plug it in Ac to charge back up. Then I try to discharge from 100 to 0 and it shuts off Again at 63 percent.
Hi @Dawnbunny, We are concerned that the battery level displayed on your EB3A is a false reading. When it shows 63%, the battery may actually be drained, which causes the device to shut down abruptly. Therefore, we recommend that you charge the battery fully—this will help restore its capacity before you attempt to discharge it again.
If using a car charger does not resolve the issue, it indicates a cell failure, and the device will need to be repaired.
Hi, I have an EB3A that is exhibiting the problem described in this thread. It seems that over time in the past few months the cutoff percent is going up which means I am getting less and less battery on my EB3A - it is now at 70% where it cuts off (used to be like 49% a month or two ago). I have charged it with solar input and AC to 100% but it doesn’t seem to fix it even leaving it overnight.

Is there a firmware upgrade available for this unit that may help remediate the issue?
Hello, please check if there is a firmware for my eb3a station, it turns off at 20%.
Thank you!

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I have the same isssue, albeit with 63%. Could you please check if there is a firmware update available for the following SN?

ARM v2053.08
DSP v2052.11
I think I also encountered this problem…
My EB3A also froze at 50%.
Now only my router is connected to it, which consumes ~6W.
When it reaches 50% charge, Bluetti simply turns off and that’s it, after that there is no way to turn it on, except to connect it to the network for charging.
@BLUETTI_CARE could you please help.
