unfortunately it didn’t work for me.
more precisely, after updating the firmware, now the device turns off at 49% (instead of 50%).
maybe there are some other updates.

We recommend recalibrating the device. When charging, please use DC charging (including solar charging and vehicle charging). Did this resolve the issue?
If this does not work, you will need to contact customer service to arrange warranty service.

I am having the same issue. it is charged to 80% but will not turn on unless connected to power.

Hi @Mut2001, this is a bit odd. Our engineers have confirmed that DSP205251 has already been pushed to your device. Please make sure to complete the registration, log in to your account, and then perform the upgrade.
If you still do not receive the firmware update, we will arrange for a re-push at once.

I am experiencing a persistent issue with my EB3A portable power station and would appreciate your assistance with a firmware update or a fix.
The Problem: My unit consistently shuts down when the battery level reaches 11%. Once it shuts down, it becomes completely unresponsive—pressing any buttons (DC, AC, or Power) does nothing, even after waiting for more than 30 minutes. The only way to “wake it up” is to connect it to an AC power source.
Calibration Issues: I am aware of the standard calibration procedure (discharging to 0% and charging to 100%), but I cannot perform it. The unit cuts off power prematurely in both AC and DC modes before reaching 0%, making a full discharge impossible.
