Hi @bluetti_hikaruuiojeangmailcom, We care deeply about the issue you raised.
Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Thank you, I’ll let you know.
Hi, I’m done with the firmware update, but it still stops at 44%. I connected it to the grid to turn it on and ran it again, but after a few seconds it turns off. I’ve tried it several times, but it still won’t drain to 0%. I only used an 11-watt device to drain it.
What should be the next steps to resolve this?
The update arrived but the problem remained.
Hi @bluetti_hikaruuiojeangmailcom9 and @Maxfield, Thank you for the update! We acknowledge that the battery level display of your EB3A is inaccurate.
We recommend trying multiple charging methods to help the battery restore to its optimal state: car charging, solar charging, and simultaneous AC+DC charging. After fully charging, leave the unit idle for 3 hours before discharging—does this method work for you?
If the issue persists, repair will be the only viable solution.
Thanks, got the update
After testing for a few days, it now shuts down at 43% instead of 50%. So an improvement, but still not using 100% (or displaying remaining charge correctly, not sure which)
Hello… Could you push the upgrade for me as well? Seeing the same issue at 48%

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, I have the exact same issue with my EB3A, the power cuts off at 75%.
I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps and no luck.
Could you “push” a firmware upgrade my way?

Hi @msdinit, we wonder if you have recalibrated it after upgrading?
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
- Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging.

Please let us know if it does help.

Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE Same problem with my unit. Random shut-offs. have tried usual troubleshooting.
Could you please check firmware upgrade availability?
ARM: v2062.04
DSP: v2056.14

@BLUETTI_CARE The firmware has been updated to ARM v2063.04 successfully but the device still cuts power at 75%, it won’t drain below that.
Same issue
Already did the drain and recharge 5 times but it has the same issue still.

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE the power still cuts off at 75% when trying to discharge, this is after a firmware update, so I cannot continue with the troubleshooting process because battery cannot reach 0%. What else can I do?
