Ok i think you got mixed up with someone else. I used my eb3a and ran it down to 0%.It the displayed 100% charged but i didn’t charge it.When i tried to charge it will not charge.I read other post where you said that upgrade did not fix the problem. Will this upgrade work?
I apologize for the mix-up! Thank you for your message. Let’s go through a few steps to troubleshoot your issue:
- Please check the firmware version in the app to ensure it’s the latest.
- Look for any error messages on the screen, such as “Temp.” If you see a temp error, please stop charging, disconnect any loads, and place the machine in a cool area for three hours before trying to charge it again. If it’s winter, keep it in a warm place for three hours before charging.
- Check if the Circuit Protector on the right side of the AC input is popped out; if so, press it back in and try charging again.
- See if there are any fault codes. You can check this by turning on the machine and holding down both the AC ON and LED ON buttons.
- If the UPS is flashing, please refer to the next section about “UPS flashing during AC charging.”
- Lastly, confirm if the DSP version is the latest. If it’s not, you can provide the serial number (SN) and firmware information to push the DSP firmware. You can find the SN in the app’s settings page and the firmware information in the “firmware upgrade” page.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue! Let me know if you need further assistance.
I am still in need of the new firmware.

Hello,
Please check the historical error codes. Here are the steps:
- When an error occurs, long press both the ACON and DCON buttons to enter the settings menu, then long press the DC ON button to view the error codes.
- In the APP information interface, if an “!” icon appears in the upper right corner, you can also check the error codes through it.
If you have any further questions, please let us know!

Looks like the exact problem everyone else is having. The App says its the actual firmware.
I would really like to get the firmware update pushed to be able to use the unit again. thx in advance.
