EB3A Shuts off at 75% and wont turn back on

Hi @Sky, Can you remedy the trouble using the procedure?
Please plug the EB3A into the AC home grid to be charged, and charge until it is 100%.
After that, please turn on the AC and DC of the EB3A. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, the EB3A will drop from 100% to 99% due to self-consumption.
After the SOC of EB3A drops to 99%, please unplug the AC charging cable of EB3A from the home grid to see if the EB3A can be turned on normally. If so please AC charge the EB3A again.
Normally, the EB3A will work well, and please tell us the EB3A’s DSP, and ARM version, we will push the new firmware to avoid this problem happen again.

2056.10 DSP
2062.03 ARM

And I’ll try the fix you recommended but as I said, it’s having trouble staying on, even with the AC power connected

@BLUETTI_CARE

It keeps turning off before I can get it to drop any voltage I even tried to load drop the voltage.

Hi @Sky, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
Please test it by continuing to AC charge and keeping the output on for 30 minutes to an hour.

If the issue is resolved, please notify us, and we will push new firmware to prevent the problem from recurring.

If the issue persists, you may need to contact customer support to arrange for a repair.
I appreciate your kind understanding and patience.

I don’t think you understand lol, I plug it into AC power and turn on the AC output (no load) and within 20 seconds it shuts itself off. I can’t leave it for the recommended 30 minutes - 1 hour. And it shuts off so quickly that it doesn’t have time to drop any soc from self consumption. @BLUETTI_CARE

Hi @Sky, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
It seems this method isn’t effective for your EB3A. We recommend directly contacting customer service to arrange for a repair.

Hi @Pcevalloswu, We’d like to understand the specifics of the issue.
It seems that your EB3A automatically shut down at 47% battery and can’t be powered on again— is that correct?

Could you let us know:

  • Are there any error codes displayed in the app or on the screen?
  • What load was connected when the issue occurred, and what was the specific power?
  • Did removing all loads and restarting resolve the problem?
  • When connected to a grid power source, does the screen light up?

It would be helpful if you could record a video, upload it to a cloud drive, and share the link with us.

We need to resolve the issue and ensure normal charging and power-on before proceeding with firmware upgrades. This will help us accurately diagnose the root cause.
Please provide the information above at your convenience.

Hi,

Yes, the EB3A automatically shut down at 47% battery and can’t be powered on again until connected to a grid power source.

  • No error codes on the app or the screen.
  • only charging a cellphone with AC.
  • The device only turns on when connected to a grid power source. After that it works until 47% , then it turns off again.

Thanks for your support.
