May I please try the updated firmware to see if it will resolve this problem? I am attempting t re-calibrate.
Thank you!

Sorry! @BLUETTI_CARE

Hi all!
My Bluetti EB3A shuts down completely and stops responding at 89% of the charge (after 11% discharge :cry:). For the last few months it has been in the UPS mode and has not been fully discharged. It would only go down to 50%.
@BLUETTI_CARE I can’t rebalance it myself because it’s impossible for me to discharge it beyond 89%.
Does someone know what to do?

Perhaps the firmware needs to be updated.

Hi @pilovali, We have located your email records and reviewed the app screenshot you provided. It appears that you have enabled ECO Mode, which is likely the reason why your EB3A is shutting down automatically.
Please try disabling ECO Mode and test again—this should resolve the issue.

The ECO mode is an energy-saving feature that automatically turns off AC or DC output when there is no load or a small load to conserve power. Customers can enable or disable ECO mode through the app.

There was a 200 watt load on it. The EB3A completely turns off when it reaches 34% and I cam only turn it on by charging it.
It’s not the Eco mode.

Hi, ok…thank,s for your reply…:ok_hand::ok_hand::ok_hand:

Hi @pilovali, Currently, we don’t have new firmware available to resolve this issue, so we recommend arranging a repair.

Since this order was purchased from a third party, we’ve forwarded your email to the appropriate department for handling. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates to arrange further assistance.

I’m having this same issue @BLUETTI_CARE my buttons are non responsive and it barely stays on long enough for my Bluetooth to connect to it. If there’s an update you could push it would be greatly appreciated.

(It is happening under 0 load and I have to plug it in to make it turn on even at 100% charge)
