Hi @Phoenixwa, I have submitted a request to push the new firmware to your EB3A as per your request. It will be pushed on Monday next week.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi @bluetti_sdedg1gmailcom, Can you tell us the current firmware version of your EB3A? When you mentioned that the app is not letting you upgrade, can you take a screenshot for us?
I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the EB3A via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this EB3A to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your EB3A. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.
I hope it does help.
I am having the same issue. What is the latest ARM and DSP I have ARM v2057.11 and DSP v2056.10.
Hi @dmerinoh, Thank you for your attention to Bluetti.
Can you tell us the current firmware version of your EB3A?
Without it, we don’t know which version should be pushed to your device.
Hi @skcahill, Thank you for your attention to Bluetti.
Can you tell us the SN number of your EB3A?
Without it, we can’t push the new firmware to your device.
The latest version of firmware for your EB3A is DSP v2056.15 and ARM v2057.12.
I believe it is
EB3A2235000390655 or 80367QC22340684

If the plan does not work, change the plan, but never the goal.

Hi @skcahill, It’s possible that the upgrade process used a significant amount of power.
Could you try recalibrating? This should help resolve the issue.

At this point, we can only recommend contacting customer service to arrange for a repair. If you’re unsure how to contact customer service, please send us your order number and the platform you ordered from, and I’ll help you find the corresponding customer service email.
@BLUETTI_CARE I had a similar issue last night during a power outage. It’s been in UPS mode for a month or two and was fully charged, then ran my wireless router for a few hours during the outage.
I unplugged it showing 41% to run my cpap, but it died immediately after moving it to another room: none of the front buttons worked, and it didn’t show up as a Bluetooth device in the app.
Weirdly, the next morning after power was back it showed 75% battery when I plugged it in and it immediately started working again.
