My EB3A is also turning off the AC output when the SOC is 99%~100% in UPS mode. I can also hear the relay clicking on and off. I also placed a battery powered fan to help exhaust the heat but it doesn’t have an effect.

This new firmware have not helped.
The behavior is the same: it works normally in Normal charging mode; but still turns off AC output in UPS mode when 100% charged in Silent charging mode.

We wonder if you have recalibrated it after upgrading?
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
- Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging. Additionally, we recommend trying all charging methods separately, including AC charging, car charging, and solar charging.

Please assist as I have been experiencing this same issue with random restarts and shutdowns while using my EB3A in UPS mode.
It does not happen all the time but it happens randomly and sometimes consecutively within a few minutes
I am only powering a laptop and monitor in UPS mode

@BLUETTI_CARE I have a problem with my EB3A - sometimes it randomly turns off AC outlet when plugged in and charged to 100% (UPS mode) without any indication on what’s wrong (overheating, low battery etc). It powers a router and a small NAS and shows consumption of 15-20w, so it’s not overloads either. Maybe it’s a bug in firmware? I’ve tried to upgrade, but app tells me that my device is up to date.

@BLUETTI_CARE I’ve updated the ARM from v2118.09 to v2118.10 to no avail - it still failed to keep AC outlet turned on while plugged in and battery at 100%.
Also, I may have found something weird - if I switch to Silent charging (from Standard) it doesn’t turn off on 100% charge. But I’m not sure, as at the moment I can’t test this any further.
Good afternoon, my name is Pedro and I recently purchased an EB3A from Amazon. I was very happy with the purchase, as I use it as a UPS unit with a desktop PC. However, I started noticing that the unit was shutting down on its own about once a week. This already bothered me, but apparently for the past 3 days the unit has been shutting down every day. If I go to sleep or leave the house, the unit shuts down for a few hours and I lose all my work.
My first concern was the ECO setting, which I made sure to keep turned off. However, I’m still encountering the problem. The firmware is also up to date. Could you assist me with a solution or an RMA assessment?
