Let me know if it’s correct please
The issue (shutting down randonly w/o ECO) was once every week and now I am unable to keep 2hs constantly. Remember, its a UPS connected to the wall and crashing with stable grid connection
Hi @ojungleboy, thank you for the update; this is completely correct.

Hi @vladch, if you can’t find the private messaging feature, please don’t worry. I will reach out to you via private message next—please keep an eye out for it.
Hi thank you for the update. It did not work. I just lost 4h of my progress in a work after successfully updated with new firmware you just made available. Which makes me think it did not worked
Hi @ojungleboy, I am sorry to hear that.
If updating the firmware still doesn’t resolve the issue, then we won’t be able to fix it remotely.
Please contact the customer service team to arrange warranty service.
My unit also has this problem.
Can you push the revised firmware to my device

@BLUETTI_CARE No new firmware is showing, does that mean I have the latest firmware and cannot fix the issue?
Hi @RicoP, yes, your assumption is correct. The technical team has informed me that your firmware is already up to date, and there is currently no newer firmware available to push to your device.
If the issue still persists, please contact customer service to arrange warranty service.
Good day @BLUETTI_CARE
Please assist as I have been experiencing this same issue with random restarts and shutdowns while using my EB3A during loadshedding.
My device does not charge it stays at 99%, and dies after a couple minutes. However when I plug the charger in, then device shows it is fully charged.
It does not happen all the time but it happens randomly and sometimes consecutively within a few minutes.
I am only powering a laptop and monitor in UPS mode.

Hi @Qeebs, thank you for getting in touch with us.
To push the new firmware to your EB3A, please let us know its current firmware version, and we will process the request for you.
Hi @Qeebs, thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
It seems you’ve received the new firmware but haven’t installed it yet, is that correct?
We recommend you upgrade first and then test if it works. If you can’t find the upgrade button, please check if you’re using offline mode — firmware update is not available in this mode.
You need to register an account in the app and bind the device first before you can perform the upgrade.
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE,
I am experiencing the exact same issue described in this thread. My EB3A randomly turns off the AC output which is enough to shut down my connected monitors and equipment.
The issue occurs when:
- The unit is connected to the grid
- Battery SOC is at 99–100%
- Load is well within the 600W limit
- No error codes are displayed on the screen
Troubleshooting steps I have already completed:
- Disabled ECO mode
- Disabled Power Lifting mode
- Switched from Silent to Standard charging mode
- Verified AC frequency is set to 50Hz (matching Chile’s grid)
None of these steps resolved the issue. The AC output continues to drop randomly during the 99%→100% recharge cycle.
Device Information:
- Model: Bluetti EB3A
- Serial Number: EB3A2516000776959
- IOT: v9046.04
- ARM: v2197.02
- DSP: v2196.01
- Region: Chile (50Hz grid)
I have seen in this thread and on the firmware thread that Bluetti has developed targeted firmware updates to address this specific AC output shutdown issue in UPS mode. Could you please push the latest corrected firmware to my unit?
Thank you for your help.
