Hi @Vovanu4, Our engineers have confirmed that your firmware is already up to date, so we are unable to push a new firmware update.
We would like to confirm whether you have enabled ECO Mode. If you have already turned it off and the issue persists, it may require contacting customer service to arrange a repair.
Hi @home99, We have confirmed that your firmware is already up to date, so we are unable to push a new firmware update for you.
Could you please let us know the specific load, including its power rating and parameters? Does the issue persist if you switch to a different load?
We recommend recording a video to show us the details of the issue and how you are connecting the cables. Please upload the video to a cloud drive and share the link with us. This will help us investigate the problem further.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
That is the reason why we can’t reply to you in time.
I don’t understand why you say that I have the latest firmware, if I indicated that I have:
ARM v2053.08 DSP v2052.11
*
At the same time, just a little bit higher, the owners of the same stations wrote here, and they have newer versions, for example:
ARM: v2062.03 DSP: v2056.13
*
How does it work, and how the same model, may have different latest updates?! How to understand it?!
We would like to confirm whether you have enabled ECO Mode
Hi @Vovanu4, The DSP versions start with 2052 and 2056 involve different hardware batches, so the latest firmware versions are also different, but there is no functional difference between them.
The same applies to ARM or other firmware. These are separate firmware versions renamed based on hardware and batch differences, but each version has the latest firmware. If the latest firmware still cannot resolve the issue, contacting customer service for repair is the only option.
I have also reported this matter to the R&D department. They are actively discussing solutions and hope to develop corresponding new firmware in the near future.
