Thank you!
But the problem was not solved…
The AC inverter still turns off. And it turns off when the battery is 100% charged and it is connected to the power supply in UPS mode. May start to turn off after 30 minutes. Maybe in 10. It might turn off once, maybe it will turn off several times.
The patterns are not clear.
Have the same problem with my EB3A.
Firmware:
ARM: 2063.03
DSP: 2052.11
I don’t know if I have the problem before because I used it for my laptop that has own battery.
But now I use it for my PC and it is very annoying that my PC reboots at random time without any pattern.
Device always connected to the socket and are fully charged. Consumption is about 200w.

Hello
I have a EB3A. sometimes it shuts off at random in UPS mode with an overload message. My unit is usually loaded at 140W, never past 200W.
SN: EB3A2330001999962
ARM: 2062.03
DSP: 2056.13
I only have a server and two routers plugged in, there is no way it can get truly overloaded.
Even at 100% server load my load on bluetti is less than 300W
full load
I see lots of forum posts with similar issues with the EB3A. What can be done to fix this?
Hello
I have same issue with shutdowns
Could you send firmware update to me?

Hello,
I too am experiencing sudden disable of AC output after powering a laptop for a few hours. The display on the EB3A shows “overload” in red.
I have seen many posts to several community topics with similar symptoms. It seems like the support from Bluetti is inconsistent regarding this issue.
I will provide my SN and firmware revisions:
S/N: EB3A2330005041482
ARM: v2062.03
DSP: v2056.13
I have seen some users receive DSP version updates, I think I recall that was v2056.16. It seems that the new (experimental?) version did fix the problem in some, not ALL, cases.
I would like to try the new firmware version(s).
Please, delete the notification for the firmware upgrade. Unit always show .99 versions. And can you allow to update my unit to latest firmware.
Thanks!
Hi there
Have issue with my EB3A
Shattling down randomly in UPS mode after 1-1,5 hours
ECO mode off, no Errors

Hi, recently had the exact same problem. When the station is fully charged 99-100%, it starts to randomly briefly turn off the AC output (you can hear the relay clicking). When the station is charging or running purely on battery, no such problems are observed, no errors. I suspect that the cause was one of the latest updates, because immediately after purchase for a year such problems were not observed. Serial number: EB3A2245000612674 arm: v2063.03 dsp: v2052,11
Hi @Alex6600, we have deleted the upgrade notification for you.
We found that your firmware is already the latest one, it is not necessary to upgrade it.
Hi @Quadroo, We found that your firmware is already the latest one, so we can only suggest you contact the customer service team and repair it.
Hi @oasis, we have applied to upgrade your firmware to our IT department. They will push the new firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works to resolve your problem.
Hello , seems I have the same problem, when the station is fully charged 99-100%, it starts to randomly briefly turn off the AC output (you can hear the relay clicking):

Hello, I also have the consumption chart upstream of the Bluetti, and as you can see, this is the consumption during the charge from 99% to 100%. There’s a clear drop trending toward zero (it’s not entirely precise since measurements are taken roughly every 5 seconds).
Can you confirm me that there is an update that can fix this?
Dear All,
I’ve been able to empirically ‘solve’ the problem with my EB3A. It show exactly the same behaviour as yours and rendered it unusable for me as it is powering and backing up an aquarium.
Tried everything, external fans, replaced the internal fan with a Noctua and asked here for a FW upgrade that will fix my problem…
After decommissioning the unit for some time as nothing solved the problem, tried one last time to use it BUT deactivated the SILENT mode… Magically the problem went away like it had never happened, the unit didn’t reset the AC Output not even once in many many weeks.
Changed setting back to SILENT and blam!, AC Out resetting randomly again, some days 0 resets, some days up to 4… Clickings and strange sounds inside…
Hope it helps for you, give it a try and tell me ;-)
P.S: It’s sad because I liked the unit and the brand, the construction look solid and well finished inside but this problem (know for years!!!) and the lack of Bluetooth security where anybody can shut my unit down without PIN os password made it my first and last device from this brand…
Hello, I’ve always had the station in Silent mode, but a week ago I decided to check and switched it to normal mode and still have these random shutdowns!
Can I get the latest update?

Hi.
Please push me the Firmware update for my device
Serial number: EB3A2236001707300
ARM v2063.03
DSP v2052.11
I would like to solve the problem of overheating, especially when using the UPS mode. After 5-10 minutes of AC work, even with a small load of 20-50 watts, the unit shuts down completely and doesn’t respond until I connect it to the charger. Usually, the shutdown occurs when the battery charge drops from 100% to 90%. The fan doesn’t turn on immediately, even in turbo mode, but it works because it turns on later or occasionally.
Thanks!
Hi @Vovanu4, Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
I hope it does help.
Me too… seems you got the lasted update (instead of me (why?))… how is it going?
@BLUETTI_CARE can I receive the update too?
Hi
Still haven’t received the update, it’s been a few days now
