Hi. My station stopped working, and the firmware was old (from November). My station worked for a month (since November) without any firmware updates. But it still stopped working, just like everyone else.
I updated to the new firmware (from December) after the station stopped working. Keep this in mind; you might find this information useful.

Honestly, I don’t want to do any rollbacks or updates. Right now, the device works, charges, and discharges. I just want to close the issue. I don’t think it will be difficult. It’s not Xiaomi or Samsung, let alone an iPhone, which locks the bootloader. I think a rollback is possible. The same goes for updating to the latest version.
I’m tired of playing with debugging the device. I’d just like to use the device, but I have to deal with issues I never even considered before. I’m a retrograde. I don’t like updates and install them on all devices only after I’m completely sure I need them. They really improve the device’s performance, and that’s true for computers, phones, and TVs.
Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
All three stations have been operating perfectly fine for four weeks now – no issues whatsoever.
All stations were updated to the latest firmware version and calibrated 100-0-100 before use. Each station has a different usage scenario – one station operates 24/7 in UPS mode, another charges only a laptop, WiFi router, and gadgets, and a third is used to power the entire house during power outages (switching on and off as needed) – no issues whatsoever.
If you need more information, please let me know.
