Hi @grifild, thank you for contacting us.
I have discussed this with our engineers, and we all agree that this unit needs to be repaired.
Could you please click my profile to DM and provide us with your order information and email address?
We will arrange the warranty service for you.
Finally my device “occasionally” is also dead.
To be honest, I’m wondering is it legal to sell products, if they have massive hardware failures in Europe.
Especially it was purchased directly from online bluetti shop in 2026, at least 2-4 month problem was existing.
Hi @Lagros, thank you for your update.
This video requires permission to view, and we have already sent a request. Our email domain is poweroak.com — please keep an eye out for it.
Hi @nlogic, we fully understand your feelings. The issue with your Elite 100 V2 has indeed caused you inconvenience, but please rest assured that we will take full responsibility for your order.
According to our current data, sales of this model in Europe are much higher than in Ukraine, while the failure rate is significantly lower. Our analysis suggests that the unstable voltage and frequent power outages in Ukraine have triggered these problems. Therefore, we believe our sales are reasonable and legitimate.
If you need further assistance, please click on our profile and send us a private message, and we will arrange a repair for you.
I already reach out to support via email. Lets see how it will be resolved.
Unstable voltage - it’s not a case for me. In my region I didn’t notice any unstability in terms of voltage power values.
Key difference - it’s that here in Ukraine those devices are used on daily basis. That means that it is much more chance to that issue occur here than for avarage user in Europe.
Sorry. Access granted.
Hi @nlogic, thank you for letting us know.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance.
We fully understand your situation. In Ukraine, a stable power supply is crucial, and we hope everything goes well for all of our users.
We have also passed your feedback to the technical team, who will conduct further discussions on this matter.
Hi @Lagros, thank you for your update, now we have checked your video.
I have discussed this with our engineers, and we all agree that this unit needs to be repaired.

I can’t find how to send a private message in your profile.
If it’s truly the case, we have a much bigger problem then.
You see, since 2022, when this thingy with the power outages began here, the total amount of Bluetti units sold probably reached 6 figures already. Mostly models from the previous gen, of course (AC180/180P, AC200/MAX, AC200L/PL, AC70, EB3A etc.).
And none of these models drop dead en masse from unstable voltage, like this one. Your two main competitors also haven’t encountered this problem.
So, you’re basically telling us that Elite 100 (or one of its crucial components) is less resilient to voltage fluctuations than any other previous gen Bluetti model, and it’s unreliable.
Just my 2 cents and food for thought for your engineers and upper management.
Hi @Lagros, please don’t worry.I will send you a private message next, so please keep an eye out for it. We will follow up on this matter via private message.
Hi @VSM, thank you for your concern and reminder about this matter.
We take it very seriously internally and have been following up on customer feedback.
At present, everything is still within normal range, and we will continue to respond proactively.
Please rest assured that we are responsible to all users who choose our brand.
We have also passed your opinions on to the technical manager and other senior management.
Technical issue report — RFID UHF module interference causing BMS freeze on Elite 100 V2
Hello BLUETTI Technical Team,
I am writing to report a potentially widespread technical issue affecting BLUETTI Elite 100 V2 units operating in Ukraine, and to propose a specific solution.
Observed issue: Multiple Elite 100 V2 users in Ukraine are experiencing identical symptoms — the unit becomes completely unresponsive after being switched off, with no display, no sound, and no relay click. The unit occasionally recovers after several hours without any intervention.
Proposed root cause: The Elite 100 V2 contains an RFID UHF module operating at 865-868 MHz (EU frequency range), connected directly to the BMS board. Ukraine currently has intensive electronic warfare (EW) activity operating at high power levels (50-100W+) across various frequency ranges.
It is our theory that powerful RF interference on or near the 865-868 MHz band induces parasitic current through the RFID antenna into the BMS board. This interference appears to cause BMS freeze specifically during power-on/power-off transitions, when the BMS is most vulnerable to unexpected input signals.
This would explain:
- Why the issue is reproducible and widespread in Ukraine but not reported in other countries
- Why the unit occasionally recovers on its own after several hours
- Why the trigger is always the act of switching the unit off
- Why remote BMS reset does not provide a permanent fix
Proposed solution: We kindly request that BLUETTI engineers investigate this theory and consider implementing a firmware update that allows users to disable the RFID module via the BLUETTI app. This would be particularly valuable for users operating in high RF interference environments such as active conflict zones.
Disabling the RFID module would not affect any user-facing functionality, as this module serves logistical purposes only and is not required for normal operation of the power station.
My case details: Serial number: EL100V22545111478467 Support ticket: #467999 Location: Ukraine Firmware: v2186 (latest)
I am happy to assist with any testing or provide additional information if needed.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards. @BLUETTI_CARE
RFID frying the BMS due to EW makes more sense than the “unstable voltage and frequent power outages” bs they suggested here.
Explains why older models are totally fine - they simply do not have this module.
RFID was mentioned here before, as a prime suspect, but Bluetti provided no feedback.
Let’s see what happens now ![]()
Hello @BLUETTI_CARE ,
I’m having a serious issue with my Bluetti Elite 100 V2.
The unit worked for about 2 weeks, then stayed turned off for around a week, and now it won’t turn on at all.
I only recently found that this exact issue has already been reported by multiple users here:
I tried all the suggested troubleshooting steps from Bluetti representatives, but unfortunately nothing helped.
The unit was purchased in Europe specifically for use in Ukraine.
I bought it for my elderly parents as a backup power solution due to frequent power outages caused by the current situation in Ukraine.
Because of this, reliability and safety are extremely important for us.
When the station suddenly stopped working and became completely unresponsive, it caused serious concern.
This is especially stressful because the device was bought for emergency use, and it failed exactly when reliability matters the most.
At that moment, we were not aware that this could be a known issue, and due to safety concerns we carefully opened the unit to make sure there was no visible damage, overheating, or risk of short circuit.
We didn’t modify or repair anything inside — just checked for obvious issues and closed it back.
This situation could have been avoided if the unit had functioned properly and reliably from the beginning.
Since:
* this appears to be a known issue with this model,
* the device failed after a very short period of normal use,
* and it is used in a critical environment where reliability and safety are essential,
I would really appreciate your help in resolving this, specifically regarding the possibility of a warranty repair in Ukraine.
Thank you in advance for your support.
