Bluetti Eb3a Firmware

Firmware (ARM and DSP) uploaded, but no difference.
42W load by alogen lamp.
After random time, AC Relais switch off (the icon on display, also off), the lamp switch off,
After a second or less, the AC icon and relais turn on and the lamp too.

Hello
I have a jumpstarter that will charge very quick with power delivery from other chargers, but, not from the Eb3a. I wonder if this is a firmware issue.
EB3A2308013028683, EU version.
Arm v2053, 07
DSP v2052,09
Would You please push the most recent fw?

Please provide newest firmware for EB3A EU version. See screenshots for serial and actual firmware.
serial EB3A2249004836043
New EB3A fully loaded (100%) runs in UPS mode with round about 50 - 60 W load. Every 35 minutes, battery drops to 98 - 99 % and battery loading starts again for 2-3 minutes with about 150 W. Ventilator also starts and sound is annoying.
Also wrong measuring of output, external device shows EB3A with 47 W, EB3A shows 58 W.

Thanks in advance!

@anfarol Thanks for your update. The firmware is the latest one. Is there any error code?

@anfarol According to your description, it is a normal phenomenon and you don’t need to update the firmware. EB3A has self-consumption. With the load, it is normal that the battery drops to 98 - 99 % and the Ventilator will get started with the temperature and load. Regarding the wrong measuring of output, the EB3A displays apparent power and there will be little difference with the measured result of the external device.

No error code.
Both AC and UPS icon turns off. The load (doesn’t matter what… may be a simple 40W alogen lamp), is disconnected. The internal relais (230VAC bypass?) toggle state… After a second, the relais re-toggle, AC icon appears again, the load is powered (soft-start ?) and the UPS icon lights up again. Neither error in the app, nor in the display. Time is absolutely random. Usually is necessary between 1-4 hours after system is powered up and load connected. After first “glitch”, may occur every 2-4 minutes. No fan running, no high temperature on the case, no overload error.
Firmware updated to ARM v2053.08 and DSP v2052,11 as per received 3 days. (SN EB3A2252000680883)
Actually the system is useless in ups mode.

It is risky. Please keep in mind that PV panel has also the characteristic Voltage to temperature as well so if PV panel has example Voc as 32V on the label, this value is valid for 25°C. If you will measure Voc during winter the Voc can rise up to 35-37V and can damage the bluetti. You can simply use DC-DC step down converter to change voltage even to safe 24V.

Please push the latest update

Can I also please have the latest update?

The issue I am trying to address is the fan speed that goes up and down every 30 seconds or so while charging, and also this weird buzzing noise when the fan starts. I tolerate the noise itself but since it changes very often it distracts me a lot. Is there a chance any of this is solved with an update?

Just received a refurbished replacement.
It’s really noisy compared to the previous one.
And of course, firmware is old.

Can you push the latest for this unit?

I have a problem with EB3A with off grid event.
I suppose it’s due to firmware issue.
