Dear Bluetti Support,
Please push the Firmware Update for my device.
Now my device have ARM v.2063.03.
I want to migrate to ARM at least v2064.03 or later to solve problems with UPS mode (periodic switching off of the socket in UPS mode).
Could you please provide me with the latest firmware updates for my EB3A?
All of sudden solar power input decreased even direct sunlight and good power out from solar panel, also checked the watt from multimeter.
Serial number: EB3A2220000788956
ARM v2057.11
DSP v2056.10
Hi @bluetti_yong1794outlookcom, We have noticed that your firmware version is already quite recent. Additionally, we currently do not have a new firmware update to enhance the solar charging power.
We believe this issue is likely still related to solar panels. Is there any shade on top of your solar panels? You could also try wiping the surface of the solar panels with a clean, dry cloth to remove any dust and adjust the angle—does this help?
Furthermore, when the EB3A is nearing full charge, it enters trickle mode, reducing the charging speed. This is a normal setting to protect the battery from overcharging.
Could you check if my EU version EB3A firmware can be updated? Station serial # is EB3A2302007352447.
Current firmware:
ARM v2053.08
DSP v2052.11.
I have problems with station overheating and too late cooler turn on, although the load does not exceed the nominal. Thanks!
Hi.
Please push me the Firmware update for my device
Serial number: EB3A2236001707300
ARM v2063.03
DSP v2052.11
I would like to solve the problem of overheating, especially when using the UPS mode. After 5-10 minutes of AC work, even with a small load of 20-50 watts, the unit shuts down completely and doesn’t respond until I connect it to the charger. Usually, the shutdown occurs when the battery charge drops to 90%. The fan doesn’t turn on immediately, even in turbo mode, but it works because it turns on later or occasionally.
Thanks!
Hi @MaxDziu, We have found that your firmware is already up to date. If the issue persists, we recommend recalibration.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.
You can click this link for reference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XMHLtqlDnus
If that doesn’t resolve the problem, unfortunately, you may need to contact customer service to arrange for a repair.
The US customer service email is service@bluettipower.com.
The EU customer service email is sale-eu@bluettipower.com.
Hi @Vladsolid, We have found that your firmware is already up to date.
We believe the issue may be related to the ambient temperature and the internal temperature of the machine. If you’ve encountered an over-temp error, please turn off the EB3A, disconnect all loads, and leave it for 3 hours. This should help resolve the issue.
By the way, please note that if you need my assistance, please @BLUETTI_CARE, otherwise, I might not see your message and be able to help you promptly.
Hi @magder, Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
I hope it does help.

My EB3A2312000654584 is not working it’s giving the error message battery communication failure… when I try to upgrade firmware it fails …can you please resolve this for me
Hi, I have been several issues with this eb3a Unit
1 Is the worse UPS unrealiable Unit i ver use. If left the Unit plugged into acwall AND using the AC out for my NAS for one day to another the AC out appears off AND my NAS is useless , the eb3A for any unknown reason shutoff the AC out.So as AC UPS fails.
2 then i decide to use the DC out instead AND aparently un this way i was able to use it , the DC Port out was conected to my NAS USING a Malé to Malé DC cable.
I forgot to soy that i already done the discharge process two times previuos to use it
Now the issue in DC out mode use was that now the Unit even conected to the AC wall last nigth reach 0% AND died that implies my NAS was off AND can’t reach it. The worst parte was to try to know what hell happened the eb3A was died ,not turno on ,not charging. I was very annoyed looking for information. Finally i got to work charging with a DC charger from a computer 20v 120W.
Now Is charged the eb3A but i refuse to keep use it as my Energy backup for my NAS ( because the file system crash every Time that the NAS is off in a bad way).
So Is there any Solution yo muy issues vía infamous firmware update???
My SN Is EB3A2335000046166
My Actual ARM Is 2062.04
AND DSP IS 2056.13.
For now this Unit Is unsafe to use for my intented use. As UPS for my NAS AND TO have ligth un my tvroom if a blackout occurs.
Hi @Haborgx, We are very concerned about the issue you’re encountering. We have created the new firmware to address the random shutdown of AC output on the EB3A, as well as to improve the AC charging performance.
We have requested to push the new DSP firmware for you. Please upgrade and test again.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
Hi, is good to have news from you, but yesterday I tried to do the update nevertheless nothing/none update was available from the APP, (i guess i can make the update using the “offline Mode” or is neceesary to use the “login/register” way?)
Hi @Haborgx, I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the EB3A via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this EB3A to it.
If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your EB3A. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue ARM and DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
I hope it does help.
Hi, yeah my bad. once I create an account and registered the eb3a the upgrades were available to apply, in my case both the ARM and DSP. LAst nigth I did the upgrade and today Ill repeat the discharge process to tune up the logic.
note
my eb3a was charged until 100% but after the upgrades the value drop til 30%, i use it till 1% and put to recharge. Now againg is 100% and ill to discharge again till turn off and recharge, after that Im going to put under test and hope do not repeat the comented issue. Thanks in advance for the support. If everything works ok ill report it
Hi, once I did a full discharge AND recharge the eb3A after the software upgrades ,left conected a devices with Start with (55w) AND later drops to (11W) because Is autopower of , the eb3A appears this morning ok with the AC output on AND besides i notice sonething it seems ok, now the batery Is 100% ,the load Is 11w AND the grid Is 11w. And un drop to 99% the grid power Is variable not ar full watts and the fan now works on AND off when Is necesary Nice .
Before the batery Start at 100% then drops to 99%, the load Is 11w AND the grid was the full set value of charge 100 (Silence) , 200@300w ( standard ) ,wich means that now Is More efficient in power managment ,looks like the load AND the grid were bypassed . I hope now my eb3A works as Is suposed to work.
