Hi @BLUETTI_CARE, I’ve updated the firmware, but faced with one bug. I’ve changed charging mode from silent to standard, and now I cannot change it to anything else. The other options like eco mode or screen auto sleep are working fine. And for me personally it’s a very big problem, as I charge the station over night. Please, can fix it?

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE. That’s the application bug. I checked the feature on iPad runing 2.3.2 version of the application, and it works. iPhone on 2.3.3 has a bug with charging mode changing, it is not changing it at all.
Please, fix it, it is horrible experience for the product that worse 1k usd.

when at 100% battery and losing power from the grid the station shut downs by itself (randomly).

@andrii_dub This issue is with the app, and it has already been fixed. You need to upgrade to the latest APP version. This issue usually only occurs on iOS system.
