For some reason my newly bought device have the same issue: “With full charged battery and losing power from the grid, the station shut-downs by itself”

My Bluetti AC180P turns off when the mains power goes out. The same problem is being discussed on the forum. Please send me the updated firmware.

Hello everyone, for customers above who have already provided the SN code and DSP version, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
We plan to push the new DSP v2088.04 firmware in bulk within this week.
If all goes well, customers will not need to provide their SN code for a separate push. Instead, they will be able to log in to the Bluetti app and upgrade on their own.

I have received and tested (one day until now) the new DSP v2088.04 firmware - the problem with switching off at 100% SOC and greed off seems to be solved. Tank you!

Have same randomly shut down issues in UPS mode on my AC180P when on 100% power state and after grid power loss.(DC - off / AC - on / power lifting - on / ECO AC/DC - off Grid self-adaptation - on)
Also noticed a fan bug, when they sometimes off and don’t spin, on low power draw (<105W), and after some time push to MAX speed, and never spin down to lower state till i turn off/on the station
