@hwh57 The SN code has been received and I have registered it to the engineer for you. The update is expected to be pushed out within 24 hours, so please watch for the notification then.

My AC500 is connected - in the app I don’t see the firmware update option.
Should I unbind and rebind?
@birdsall Please login to your BLUETTI account and connect your device with Bluetooth.
The screenshot of the APP page should look like below.
It says update successful.
@BLUETTI could you also ask your engineers to push the update to my second AC500 now… then that is also done (see screenshot)

Just to follow up @BLUETTI, it has been over a week now and I’ve had no issues since the firmware update. Hopefully this issue is resolved.
