Hi @Teece, thank you for your update.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Thank you for pushing the firmware update, the ARM updated to v2140.06, however I do not have the system switch memory option in the app,
Please can you advise why this is the case, App version is v3.0.5.

Also the AC200PL BMS has an update icon but if I try and update the BMS I get a message saying that the BMS is up to date.

I also have the same issue as @DmytroDubinin whereby grid self adaptation has been changed to 120 volts which is not correct for the UK.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
I updated the device, thank you. But I don’t see where to turn on this mode. There are also changes in grid self-adaption. Previously, it was 230 volts, but now it is 120 volts, you need to check for 230 volts, since in Ukraine it is 230 volts. What should I do and how do I find the section where to turn on saving the state before turning it off?
The percentage settings are not saved at all. As soon as I change the values, they immediately revert back and do not remain applied.

Thank you

I would like to clarify the current behavior of my AC200PL after the update.

In normal operation, the station works correctly:
• AC output is 227–230V
• Charging works normally within 216–239V input
So overall, standard 230V operation is functioning as before.

However, in grid self-adaption mode, the unit now shows 120V instead of 230V.
Before the firmware update, self-adaption mode also worked correctly at 230V.

Additionally, I still cannot find any visible System Switch Recovery (SSR) toggle in the settings. Could you please confirm whether this feature is automatically enabled or where it should appear?

Could you please clarify:
• Why self-adaption mode now displays 120V?
• Whether this is a firmware regional configuration issue?
• How to ensure correct 230V operation in all modes?

Hello!

Does each forum member have to individually request this feature by providing their serial numbers? When will the firmware update be available to all users automatically? Model: AC200PL

Thank you!!

Hi @BLUETTI_CARE
I am also from Ukraine and face the same issues with low voltage coming from the utility.
Can you please schedule an update for my AC200PL as well?

Hi @DmytroDubinin, good news!
The technical team has informed me that they have developed a brand-new firmware version and have already pushed it to your device.
Please proceed with the upgrade first and test whether it resolves the issue.
After upgrading, could you please help us confirm the following:

  • Is there now a button in the app to enable or disable the System Switch Recovery function?
  • In Grid Self-adaption mode, is the displayed voltage still 120V?
We look forward to your confirmation.

Thank you for the latest firmware update.

The grid self-adaption mode is now working correctly at 230V — thank you for resolving this issue. I have attached photos for confirmation.

The “System Switch Recovery” option is now visible in the settings. However, I am unable to enable it.

As shown in the attached screenshot:

  • The “Enable” button is inactive (greyed out).
  • The “Disable” button is highlighted.
  • After entering the password (888888), the status does not change and remains disabled.

It appears that the function is present in the interface but cannot be activated.

Additionally, the BLUETTI App still shows a firmware update available even though the update process was completed successfully. This may indicate that the firmware was not fully synchronized.

Please advise:

  1. Why the SSR function cannot be enabled.
  2. Whether an additional firmware push is required.
  3. Why the app still indicates a pending update.

I look forward to your technical guidance.

Hi @DmytroDubinin, thank you for your feedback. It seems the issue still persists.
We have already reported it to the R&D department for discussion and analysis, and we will contact you once we have an update.

@BLUETTI_CARE
While waiting for your technical team’s investigation, I have identified another serious issue.

When the station is connected to the grid and external power is present, I am unable to power it off.

If I try to turn it off via the BLUETTI App, it instructs me to use the physical power button. However, pressing or holding the power button does not turn the unit off. The device remains powered on.

This behavior is consistent and reproducible.

This is a very important issue, as the device should always be able to be powered off manually for safety reasons.

Please escalate this to your technical team as well.

good day!
Unfortunately, no changes have occurred yet.
The button to enable or disable the system switching recovery function has not appeared in the application!!!
In the self-adaptation mode to the network, the voltage of 120 V is not displayed.
Thank you!!!
