AC200PL and the state of AC output after restart

Hi @kryshchuk.dmytro, we are currently providing new firmware updates individually to users who need this function. We do plan to roll it out to all users in the future, but I don’t have a specific timeline yet.
If you would like to receive the update now, please let us know your AC200PL SN code and current firmware version.

Hi @senya222, thank you for contacting us.
I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. If the new firmware is available, they will complete the push within 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @DmytroDubinin, thank you for your feedback. This is normal operation.
We have configured the unit to not allow powering off while connected to AC power.
This is to prevent the power station battery from over-discharging if the user forgets about it after turning it off while plugged in.Power consumption is higher when connected to power and kept in this state than during a normal shutdown.

@BLUETTI_CARE

Thank you for your clarification regarding the power-off behavior while connected to AC power.

I understand your explanation. However, I believe users should have the option to manually power off the unit even when it is connected to AC. This should ideally be a configurable setting rather than a forced limitation.

Additionally, I would like to emphasize that the other issues remain unresolved:

  1. The firmware update still appears in the app as if it has not been installed.
  2. The “System Switch Recovery” (last state memory) option cannot be enabled — after entering the password 888888, it does not switch to “Enable”.
  3. Previously reported behavior inconsistencies after update are still present.

At this point, nothing has changed after following all recommended steps (restart app, restart unit, rebind device, reconnect WiFi).

I would appreciate clear confirmation:

  • What firmware version should currently be installed?
  • Is the update properly registered on your server side?
  • Are the above issues officially recognized as firmware bugs?
  • When can we expect a corrective update?

These problems affect core functionality, so I would appreciate a concrete update regarding resolution.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Dmytro
