I have been sent a new unit. It is working for now. Would really like to know why this is happening and can this unit be disassembled and reassembled.
So you didn’t ship the old unit back?
I am having the exact same issue as the original poster of this thread. I have emailed Bluetti service and will see how this is resolved.
Please reply back on how you got resolved, the process to do it and if you were given any cause for the failure. Thanks
I was looking to see how to turn OFF the lcd and found this thread…. I saw a YouTube video that shows how to fix this issue…. But I think it may void your warranty.
- Seems like this happens if over discharged. Note: I thought Bluetti “reserved” 20% of battery to prevent damage to the battery
- Over discharge appears to interfere with the ability to re-charge

I have read through this thread and seem to be having the EXACT same problem.
I came home one day to see that my b230 was fully charged but my ac200max was off. I pressed the power button and the green light turns on, but other than that no activity. LCD refuses to work even when I unplug and try to isolate an issue.
No idea what is causing this but I am unable to use the generator now and I feel like this company just stole 4k from me because I cannot seem to be able to contact anyone at the company whether thru phone, email, online chat and now this forum is my last resort.
Would have just waited for the Titan if I knew this thing was going to stop working after a couple days.
If this happened to someone off grid this could kill them. sure am glad this company cares about their paying customers so much.
did you by chance leave your AC200 Max on until the battery ran out and left it in that state? Not saying it should not work after that, just curious because that seems to be a common occurrance in these circumstances.
Hi @ryanx3d,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
It may be the problem of motherboard. Did you connect any devices? Could you please show us a video showing the problem?
Please rest assure that we will help you to solve this problem.
Helo Admin, I have the same issue with my machine, the same things and behavior happens with my bluetti machine, its not getting charge even i try to charge all that way , which your moderator mentioned here and above. but all in vain. Please do reply ASAP.
Brother ! your reply will be highly appreciated, I have the machine AC200P, but when i making it on, it is showing the screen for 1 sec and then make itself on. Before the same thing happened but was charged fortunately by somehow, but now nothing is working. please do reply, your reply and support will be highly appreciated.
Hello @JASMI , based on the AC200P screen failure problem, this may need to return to repair. We suggest you contact the after-sales support as soon as possible for further processing.
Why this happen?? because i make it good by myself, but this was second time, why its happened, its happen when all the battery drained off, but why the technical team didnt put any automatic switch in it to stop drainage when it reaches 5 or 10 %???
I routinely run my 200p down to zero. I have not ever let it sit empty for more than a few hours though. The only issue is when you charge from zero, it wont let you turn dc or ac on, so imlet it charge for a few minutes and power cycle it, then it behaves normally.
I am doing so every time the same as you said, not putting extra load, even when i am going to the camping, i have solar charging plus have inverter to charge at the night so it will remain in charging position while at night. I have a dormatic car fridge, which is taking 45Wh consumption. last night when i check in the morning it was showing the behavior as it was off. when i turned on , for a second screen turn on but off again. This was craziest as i was on the camping schedule for 7 days, and this happened after 1 day. I better know the behavior of the batteries but here somehow there is no precautionary switch of tuned off option in the system, even its intimating time and again the error codes. A big flaw in this large production?? how come??
now it has another issue, i make it 100% last night, now when i on it, its on 18%, but i recharge it again it shows 100% in 2 minutes?? now can anyone explain what is this behavior?
@JASMI I would recommend doing a couple full “cycles” on the unit to re-calibrate the internal BMS. Another member of our group, Jeff Hagen and waveformscience demonstrates this here…
Done multiple time now, but its the same, it doesn’t keep the battery. from 18% its jumping on 100% directly. what no need to do???
Please anyone can give me the details, how can i used the after sales service. because its panic time, all happening are worthless. wastage of time, energy and at the end nothing gained.
@JASMI so you have fully cycled the unit (as explained above) completely a few times and you’re still having issues with the SOC jumping up and down on you? Its interesting that if you have done this process, and the unit keeps getting stuck around that 18% number. I’ve never heard of a unit having a fluctuation based around a certain percentage like that. But if this is the case, I would send an email to sale-eu@bluettipower.com if you’re located in Europe, and please include your original order details, serial number of the unit, and a detailed video and/or pics to explain the situation in full, so that they can expedite the process. @BLUETTI will help make this right.
