I am living here in UAE, and i dont know where my office got this unit, i will check and will confirm you later.
@JASMI This issue needs to be handled by returning to the factory for repair. Have you contacted support?
If you have contacted support and have not received a response, I will further confirm this for you.
No body contacted me so far.
Please send me a private message with your order number and I will check with the support department
I am also having the same issue for the second time now, super frustrated with this product and also it has screwed up travel plans as this runs power in my van. The first time I contacted customer service the battery was just out of warranty and the best they could do was offer me a replacement for around 2/3 cost so I took a chance and jumped the battery last winter and it worked - see link above with instructions. It snowed last weekend and I forgot to take the battery out of the van, where it is connected to the solar panels on the roof, you can’t even turn the battery off when the solar panels are connected. Well now its dead again. This time the jump start trick does not seem to work. There is a post above describing the state it in now, which is when you press the button the LCD come on for about 1 second, gets to the end of the of the “Initializing message” then turns off. This is a really big engineering flaw that the battery can get into a state that it can’t charge at all. I am so sick of how unreliable this expensive piece of crap actually is.
It appears that the issue has been caused by leaving the unit connected and unmonitored while being connected to solar.
