Добрый день. В режиме UPS временами заряд опускается на 99% и дозаряжает, 1 раз самопроизвольно выключилась, при отключении света в режиме UPS если станция работает больше часа то выключается если меньше часа переключается на батарею.

hi @BLUETTI_CARE PS, in UPS mode, my AC180P, if the network is 180-190V and there are voltage surges, suddenly turns off for half a second, which causes temporary disconnection of devices connected to it. Adaptation to the network is enabled, silent charging is used. If possible, please update the firmware

Hi @BayanOleh, Thank you for the update. If your model is the Elite 100 V2, we recommend following the troubleshooting steps below first:
- Could you please let us know your region and whether the power grid is stable?
- Please access Advanced Settings and enable Grid Self-adaption. Did this help?
- If the issue persists, adjust the input voltage threshold step by step. Additionally, enable Silent Charging Mode. Did these settings have any effect?
