Hi @YaroslavSSS, thank you for contacting us.
Now I have applied to upgrade your system to our IT department. They will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
I took the station to the official service, they said that they would repair it within 3-4 days. The problem is the board, they said this sometimes happens, the repair is even free, because the repair is under warranty.
After 3 day stantion repaired, changed control board.
Can you share what had changed after service repair - serial number, and/or ARM / DSP version?
@BLUETTI_CARE
Hello.
A new unexpected problem. The station AC180P was running on a battery, with an output power of 20-120 watts (light in the refrigerator). It worked for about 5 hours at 60% capacity and then turned off. After turning it on, it showed 0%. This happened twice in a row.
The station was purchased 15 months ago and was not used often, approximately 50 discharge-charge cycles.
What could it be?
How can it be diagnosed?
Thanks.
Hello, I have the same problem. It turns itself off.

Hi @heyhey, Currently, we recommend you recalibrate the power station—it will help restore the battery to its optimal condition.
Here are some suggestions for storing the unit.
- Never store the battery empty, even for only a few days. LiFePO4 batteries might be unrecoverable if stored empty.
- Storage temperature: 0-40℃. Don’t store the battery in a humid environment. Keep it away from fire as well.
- The optimal state of charge for long-term storage is 40%-60%.
- The battery will slowly self-discharge over time. The battery should be recharged every 3-6 months.
- Don’t store the battery on its side. Keep it up straight.
- Don’t stack things on top of the unit. Don’t block the fan.
We also suggest using the power station regularly, as this is an effective way to maintain the battery.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
- Please charge it again. Please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while it is charging.

after repair
ARM 2089.03
DSP version 2088.03
the serial number remained the same
Thanks. So the only change is ARM v2089.04 → v2089.03 as I’ve expected. They maybe changed the control board but more likely to firmware being reverted. My AC180P start running glitches on LCD and power cutoff after .04 update too.
The service said that this was not related to the update. The problem was with the board and after replacing it, the update to ARM v2089.04 available
Thanks! Was that “ITP Service LLC” who repaired your station?
Thank you, it works perfectly.

Hi @_s8, This issue is quite unusual—error code 000 indicates no faults detected.
Could you check if any error codes appear on the app?
Before using wireless charging, please ensure the AC180P has power and the DC output is turned on.
Additionally, aside from the wireless charging pad, are the USB outputs working properly? What about the AC outputs?
Can you take a video, and share the link with us to show us this problem?
