Previously, the UPS mode worked correctly.
Now, even with a 100% charge, after a long period (probably more than one hour) of having input voltage and then disconnecting the external power, the AC180P shuts down, and the UPS mode does not work. The load is 40 W (it will later increase to 150–250 W). ECO is off. Grid self-adaptation is off. Charging mode is set to Standard or Silent. DC is either off or on. A factory reset was performed. Nothing helped to restore UPS mode.
Hi there, I have the same issue with my AC180P with random shutdown when connected to grid. 2 random shutdowns in a few days, provide me please an update:

Hi @Lok, Thank you for providing the video—it does seem abnormal.
Could you please confirm which charging method was used previously and whether there was any instability in the power grid?
Additionally, is the environment where the device is located humid? We are concerned that moisture might have entered the interior of the machine.

The station was not in a humid environment, it was not taken out into the yard. It was charged only with the included AC wire, the settings were set to medium speed charging and 1 kW. I have already contacted the service, I will take the station to them on Monday

Hi @heyhey, we have pushed the new DSP v2088.03 in bulk. Could you please upgrade directly and then test it?
We hope this helps. If you are unable to upgrade the firmware, please provide a screenshot of the firmware upgrade interface.
We are also concerned that you may not have properly bound this AC180P, which would prevent the upgrade.
Thanks for the answer.
Yes, i saw DSP v2088.03 in app yesterday and successfully updated device to this version.
I will watch how to my device will work with this update.
@BLUETTI_CARE
Please tell me how to update it correctly. I turn off the load, but in which position should the switches be (AC, DC — on or off)?
Thank you.
I have the same problem. Could you tell me how you resolved this?
I sent my station in for repairs, but they told me they didn’t have the part (the BMS module was damaged).
After frequent charging and discharging, the station started working a bit better. However, it doesn’t respond to the on/off button.
I hadn’t used the charging station for some time (months). Bluetti AC180P.
After that, at some point, the station started to malfunction, and the glitches became more and more frequent.
The screen flickered/the station turned itself on/off at any moment/the devices turned off and on again, and so on, with many repetitions/the station did not respond to the power button (i.e. I cannot turn the station on or off, sometimes it only works after many random presses or when I put it on charge).
The network is fine, I bought it in Ukraine, no need to ask me about the warranty and so on, just help me!
I took the station to a service centre in my country and they couldn’t repair it because they didn’t have the necessary part (they told me the BMS module was damaged, but I don’t think they even took it apart).
Now I charge/discharge the station many times, it has gotten a little better, but the station does not respond to the on/off button at all.
Perhaps an update via the app will help in this situation. Please send them to me!

Hi @DmytroA, Thank you for your feedback, and we are glad to hear that the new firmware works.
Regarding your request, we have also submitted it to the R&D department for consideration. Before a response is available, we recommend that you add solar panels—this way, you can get sufficient power and no longer worry about power outages.
Hi @Boolbara, regarding this issue, if the repair center has confirmed it is a hardware fault, we are concerned that upgrading the firmware will not help.
However, we will still apply to push the latest firmware to your AC180P.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.
