Hi @barheta, We have thoroughly tested the new firmware DSP v2126.04 and have not identified any issues.
If you are still experiencing shutdowns, please ensure that ECO mode is disabled, as this mode automatically shuts off output after 4 hours of no load or low load.
If the issue persists, could you record a video demonstrating the problem, upload it to a cloud storage service, and share the link with us? We will investigate further.
Thanks for the reply. I do have that upgrade available. I didn’t know if it included the fix for the issue, and I had no other issues with the power station that required an upgrade. I will upgrade and report back.
Hi @blinds, Yes, the new DSP v2088.03 was specifically designed to address the random shutdown issue in UPS mode.
Please upgrade and test its effectiveness.
Hi @Masjuk, I have now applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the new DSP to your unit in 1 workday.
Please upgrade the firmware tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it does help.

@BLUETTI_CARE
Hi, I`m facing with randomly restarting device (click sound and start animation on lcd, green center like it is Power ON - ac\dc are switched off after that) while any of AC\DC are enabled.
Can it be resolved with Upgrade?
Hi @sergiipo, This issue is quite rare.
Could you please record a video while restarting to demonstrate the problem? Please upload it to a cloud storage service, and share the link with us? We will investigate further.
Sure, here is the video VID_20241219_121155.mp4 - Google Drive
But now it restarts with any configuration, and without load, as you can find there are nothing connected to it.
Hi @sergiipo, Thank you for getting back to us so quickly.
I have reported this problem to our engineer, and we will contact you when we get an answer.
Please rest assured, we will follow up on this matter.
If there is such a giant thread of people having the same problem, why does every user still have to request a new firmware to be pushed out by IT? Why not make the fixes available to all AC180P users?
Hi @TheQuickFox, Based on our investigation, this issue occurs more frequently on the EU version of the AC180P with DSP versions starting with 2088. As a result, we have pushed the new DSP v2088.03 to these units in bulk.
For other versions of the AC180P, the issue occurs less often, so we have not pushed the update in bulk to avoid disturbing customers who have not encountered the problem and do not require an upgrade.
However, your feedback is very valuable, and I have shared it with our R&D department. They will discuss this matter further.
In the mobile app the firmware update is optional why do you think it can disturb the customers? The problem here that you even don’t let me update my device if I even agree to do so myself, the is no prompt with new available updates! Not sure what is the diff between AC180P and others because my EB3A-EU receives updates from time to time with no explicit request.
Hi @sonic_v, We have pushed the new DSP v2126.04 to your AC180P. Could you please check again to see if you’ve received it?
We only batch-push firmware that has undergone extensive testing and meets general customer needs.
Firmware updates that address specific issues for a smaller group of customers require individual pushes.
