Hi, I just bought the AC180P station today, haven’t had any problems yet, but I would like to update to the latest version.
Or do I have the latest version?

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE I am shocked that nearly everyone seems to be having this issue. I got my unit very recently, and it is also randomly shutting itself off. Please correct this? My app tells me I am up to date.

Hi @haaalk, Now I have applied to upgrade your firmware.
Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your unit in 24 hours.
Please upgrade the DSP tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
I hope it does help.
Hi @unparked, The topic of this post is about random shutdown issues, so it naturally highlights cases where such problems occur. However, this does not mean that all AC180 will experience these issues.
We have already resolved this issue through a firmware update. Please note that you need to access the settings page in the app to locate the complete SN code. I’ve attached a screenshot as a reference.
If you’re unable to find it, that’s okay. Please locate the white label on the bottom or side of the AC180, find the SN code there, and send us a photo. Once we have the SN code, we will push the new firmware to resolve the issue.
Hello! Please send me a new update for my Bluetti.

I am unable to access the serial number that way because for some crazy reason it only shows the number up to the 5, then adds … Anyway, I finally contacted a supervisor, who informed me that the reandom shut down is because they all come set up for eco mode, and taking it out of eco mode stopped the random shut downs so far, although the battery life is now consumed more quickly.
Hi @lesya1988, The UPS mode on the AC180P is enabled automatically and does not require manual activation.
UPS means Uninterrupted Power Supply.
The device with the UPS function will turn on automatically(within 20 ms) to power the important devices.
However, we will still proceed with your request and push the new firmware. Please ensure that there is no load connected during the upgrade.

Hi @unparked, Based on your description. This is likely related to environmental temperature. Has it become colder in your location? Please note that if the temperature is too low, battery discharge capacity can significantly decrease. We recommend placing the unit in a temperature-controlled indoor environment.
If you can find the correct SN number on the back of the AC180, we will try to push the new firmware to your unit.
Meanwhile, regularly recalibrating the battery and turning off outputs when not in use are excellent habits that greatly contribute to long-term battery maintenance.
This has been a weeks long nightmare. But what I have learned is that when the unit is in eco mode, it turns itself off when not in use, even if something is plugged in and charging!!! And all the calls I made to customer service, more than 10 I believe, and NOBODY thought to tell me this or to check if that was the issue. I had to demand to speak with a supervisor for this information to be given to me. This is a fatal flaw in your customer service lines, and must be addressed asap. It is causing people a lot of stress and unnessasarily wasting MUCH customer’s time.

Hi @unparked, Yes, when ECO mode is enabled, the output will automatically shut off after 4 hours of no load or low load. This is also mentioned in the user manual.
It seems our phone support team did not realize that you had already activated ECO mode and pinpointed the issue. We sincerely apologize for the time this may have cost you. I have forwarded your feedback to our phone support supervisor, and we hope your suggestion can help improve the experience for more customers.

Hi there, Bluetti team! I experience the same behavior: my AC180P shutdowns while being 100% charged after the city grid drops suddenly. ECO mode is turned off for the AC output. Load doesn’t matter as well.
Hello, an update from DSP 2126.03 to DSP 2126.04 has arrived, the problem is partially resolved, but the device still occasionally turns off when power is disconnected.
At the moment, the version is:
AC180P2438000848002
ARM 2125.03
DSP 2126.04
BMS 1048.05
Hi @blinds, We have pushed the new DSP v2088.03 in batches.
Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.03 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue of the AC180P is resolved.
Please check if you have received it, if not, I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the AC180P via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this AC180P to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your AC180P. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward. Please do not load any device when upgrading.
I hope it does help.
