Hi @Eugene3, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Now we have pushed the new DSP v2126.04 again.
Please upgrade the firmware. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
I hope it does help.
Hi @christangey, We have released several new firmware for different regions to address the issue, and it has been batch-pushed to regions where the issue occurred more frequently.
Of course, we tested the new firmware to ensure it was effective before releasing it. However, since customer environments vary—such as grid voltage, load conditions, ambient temperature, and other factors—we greatly value customer feedback and continue to follow up until the issue is resolved.
Your current firmware version is start with DSP v2078, and the latest version is DSP v2078.07. I have requested the firmware update for you, and it should be completed within the next 24 hours. Please proceed with the upgrade tomorrow. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Hello, @BLUETTI_CARE I have a bluetti AC180 and it says it is 100% charged. When I charge a tablet or mobile phone it discharges to 0% and turns off. When I charge it again in just 2 or 3 minutes it is at 100%, what could be happening? Is there a solution?

And one more question - is it possible to schedule charging of station in UPS mode? Example: charging from 00:00 to 06:00?
Hi! @BLUETTI_CARE I have the same problem.
Could you please push this new firmware to me?

Hi @drprieto, It seems there may be an issue with the SOC accuracy of your AC180.
I have applied to push a new BMS to your device, followed by a battery recalibration to effectively resolve the issue.
Our IT department will push the new BMS to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
After that, please try to do a complete cycle of discharge and charge to correct the SOC. The problem will be resolved.
Please follow the steps below to recalibrate it:
- Please discharge all the power (charge AC & DC appliances with the power station) until the SOC is 0%, turn off the machine, and leave it for 3 hours till it cools down.
- Please charge it again, please do not load any device when charging it, and do not interrupt it while in charge.
You can click this link for reference.
Please let us know if it does help.
Hi @Noigel and @vangog, Our IT department will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.

Please let us know if it works.
About this question - is it possible to schedule charging of station in UPS mode?
The AC180P has a UPS function that allows the load to use bypass power under normal conditions and switches to the power station within 20ms during a blackout, preventing sudden shutdowns.
I believe you may be referring to the “Time Control UPS Mode,” which allows customers to set charging times based on varying electricity rates. However, this feature is available only on bigger models such as the AC300 and AC200L etr.
If you need this functionality with the AC180P, we recommend using a smart plug to set the grid charging times as a workaround.

Hi @Iusachev, your firmware is already up to date, and we don’t have any new updates to push at this moment.
We are wondering if you can enable the ECO mode. If so, the AC180P will turn off AC/DC output every 4 hours.
Please let us know if it works.
Thank you! I’ll nable the ECO mod and check.

Hi @alexvovk0604, We believe this is a normal phenomenon.
The fan on the AC180P operates under the following conditions:
- Charging/Discharging Power: When the charging or discharging power reaches a certain threshold, the fan will start.
- Internal Temperature: When the internal temperature of the AC180P reaches a certain level, the fan will also start. As the temperature decreases, the fan will stop.
Additionally, each time the unit is powered on, the fan will briefly run as part of the self-test.
We recommend that you do not artificially shorten the cooling time, as maintaining the internal temperature helps with battery health. You might also consider using an external fan to aid in cooling the AC180P, which may help accelerate the cooling process.
thank you all good as in previous stations -)))
Hello @alexvovk0604, I’m sorry, but I’m not entirely sure what you’re referring to. Is your AC180P’s fan remaining on without stopping when the load is at 100W or 1500W?
Have you already contacted our team about this issue? If so, could you please provide your ticket number or send us a message so we can investigate this matter further?
