Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.03 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue of the AC180P is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

That is simply not true. HUNDREDS of people have been complaining about this issue for months and you just continually come back saying we will push out a new firmware update, OR you have pushed it out and it is fixed.
It is NOT fixed and if Bluetti is looking for a class action on your dangerous UPS mode boy you are going about it the right way

@BLUETTI_CARE I got my AC180 directly from Bluetti Australia a few days back. I’m absolutely gobsmacked that there are various threads on this, going on for months. All of them refer to firmware upgrades that will “fix” the issue and many within “24 hours”
yet here we are in some cases a year later and it’s still happening! The UPS function is not a joke and it appears Bluetti isn’t taking this seriously even asking us to try the firmware updates “to test if they work”! Seriously what tech company doesn’t already KNOW that the firmware will work or not before they push it out! Also I see references here all the time to DSP 2088, yet my brand new unit is showing it is up to date at v2078.06, how come? My SN AC1802436003079382

Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.03 in your Bluetti APP.
If you didn’t find it, I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the AC180P via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this AC180P to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your AC180P. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.
