Hello! @BLUETTI_CARE I’m experiencing a similar issue with my AC180. It randomly shuts off even when it’s fully charged and plugged into the AC outlet. I originally intended to use it as an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), so I’m feeling quite disappointed with its performance. Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I have a problem with the UPS mode! The device is turned off when grid is down. This happens when the device is fully charged to 100% and running in pass-through mode.

Hi @Ukraine, We have pushed the new DSP in batch.
I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the AC180P via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this AC180P to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your AC180P. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the blue DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.

Спасибо, обновил. Но прошивка не изменилась. Все числа остались прежними в прошивке! Так и должно быть?
Здравствуйте.
Получил в приложении уведомление о новой версии прошивки 2126.04.
Я на данный момент не обновлял DSP, так как после испытаний станции в режиме бесперебойного питания , в условиях отключения электричества, при заряде аккумулятора на 100%, было выявлено отсутствие проблемы отключения станции. Станция работает штатно. Поэтому, обновление на данный момент не совершаю.
Запрос на обновление сделал после того, как узнал в видеообзорах о проблеме отключения зарядной станции и решении этой проблемы с помощью обновления DSP. Но, как показал опыт эксплуатации, у меня эта проблема отсутствует на данный момент. Но, это результаты использования станции одного дня.
Буду наблюдать дальше. Возможно всё будет в порядке. А в случае возникновения проблемы, сделаю обновление.
Команду BLUETTI хочу поблагодарить за работу, и за заботу о пользователях зарядных станций. Приятно видеть профессиональную работу специалистов.

Why hasn’t the function of restoring the previous state on power been added to the AC180p yet? I see that even AC70p already has it, although it is lower in the bluetti lineup???
