AC180P turns off randomly

Hi @BVolodymyr, I am sorry for the inconvenience.
It is our mistake to push the wrong firmware. Now we have pushed the correct one. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works to resolve your problem.

Hi @Saulus and @Sann26, thank you for your feedback, I am glad to hear that the new DSP resolved this problem.

Hi @Sergey83, We would like to confirm if you have enabled the Grid Self Adaption Mode, as this mode can affect the UPS switching time. We recommend that you check to ensure this mode is turned off and then try again. Does this help?
Additionally, we have removed the DSP v2126.99 upgrade notification for you, so it won’t bother you anymore.

Hello everyone, we have applied to upgrade your DSP to our IT department for the customers who have already provided their SN codes and DSP information. They will push the latest version of firmware to your machine in 24 hours. Please upgrade it tomorrow.
Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hi @KovaLover, I’m afraid that you might be directly connecting to the AC180P via Bluetooth without logging into your Bluetti account and binding this AC180P to it. If this is the case, you won’t be able to complete the firmware upgrade. A direct Bluetooth connection only allows limited operational access and does not include firmware upgrades.
Please register and log in to your Bluetti account, then bind your AC180P. Next, click on ‘Settings,’ then ‘Firmware Upgrade,’ and click on the DSP icon to obtain the latest firmware. Proceed with the upgrade afterward.

Please do not load any device when upgrading it.
Please let us know if it works.

Hello @BLUETTI_CARE
.
When the station operates in UPS mode, the battery self-discharges to 99% every 2-3 hours, after which the station raises it to 100%
.
This happened before and after the firmware update.
Tell me, is this normal and can it be fixed?
.
My station info:
SN: AC180P2349000832336

DSP (Before update v2088.02 /// After update v2088.04 )
BMS v1039.01
.
This also happens on another station with a different firmware revision

Hi @Alex3, I believe this is normal. In UPS mode, the device consumes some power while operating, causing the SOC (State of Charge) to drop from 100% to 99%.
When the SOC drops to 99%, the system will automatically charge it back to 100%.
Here are some suggestions for storing the unit.

  1. Never store the battery empty, even for only a few days. LiFePO4 batteries might be unrecoverable if stored empty.
  2. Storage temperature: 0-40℃. Don’t store the battery in a humid environment. Keep it away from fire as well.
  3. The optimal state of charge for long-term storage is 50%.
  4. The battery will slowly self-discharge over time. The battery should be recharged every 3-6 months.
  5. Don’t store the battery on its side. Keep it up straight.
  6. Don’t stack things on top the unit. Don’t block the fans.
    I hope it does help.
