Hi @Zvitman, We’ve already pushed batch DSP version 2088.03 to your device. Could you please log in to the app and try upgrading directly? This should help resolve the issue.
Hello! Since my first post (originally DSP v2088.02), I installed DSP v2088.03. After that, I tested the device again, and it randomly turned off after 6 hours of operation (ECO disabled). Please give me DSP v2088.04. I’ll test it and report back. Thank you.

The seller guided me towards these forums to fix the “100% charge UPS mode unexpected device shutdown on grid outage issue”.

If the DSP v2088.03 does not work, we will upgrade to the next version.
@BLUETTI_CARE I am experiencing issue with my AC180P, the ups does not work when disconnecting the grid or connecting vise versa, it can’t switch to battery or passthrough instantly as a result i loose ac for a second. Tried disabling grid self-adaptation. didn’t helped
