AC180P turns off randomly

Hi @SerhiiHolovkoUA , Yes, we do plan to roll out this new firmware in bulk. However, during the final round of testing, our R&D department discovered a few areas that still need improvement. They will resolve these issues and optimize the version before pushing it out in bulk. This way, customers won’t need to provide their SN codes and DSP version numbers for individual updates and can upgrade the firmware themselves.

Hi @Dmitrenko , Before addressing this issue, please ensure that your Bluetti app is up to date. Then, activate the Grid Self-adaption mode and set the charging mode to silent mode.
Did this resolve the issue? If not, please record a video of the AC charging process and reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Hi @kpsac180p , From the photo, it appears that the screen of your AC180P has malfunctioned. This is likely an issue that cannot be resolved with a firmware update. We recommend contacting customer service for support and arranging for a repair.

Hello everyone, for customers above who have already provided the SN code and DSP version, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue of the AC180P is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

Hi @alexts , Regarding the issue with switching charging modes, our app technical engineers have identified the problem.
Now we have released the new version of the Bluetti app, please update the app will resolve the issue.

Hi @alex.diff , Our R&D department is still testing and improving the performance of the new DSP. We’re not sure how long this process will take, but we all hope that this new version will pass the tests and be rolled out in bulk soon.
If the automatic shutdown is significantly affecting you, we recommend upgrading now. If the impact is minimal, you can wait until the official version is released.
