Hi @Sviatoslav , Our R&D department takes the issue you’re encountering very seriously. Could you confirm what your grid voltage is and whether it is stable? Does this problem occur every time the battery is almost fully charged? If possible, could you provide a video showing the issue? This would greatly help us in understanding and resolving the problem.

Hi! @BLUETTI_CARE I still have a problem even with new update! When load is under 100w, fans can work on max mode, very loud, then I connect smth and load more than 100w and fans switch to middle speed mode, also now sometimes ac180p can turn off my PC when working in DPS mode when the light turns off and restart my pc, it seams that BLUETTI turns off for 1 second.

I had been running AC180P in a UPS mode for the fridge, TV, and PS5 for almost a month with no issues! This is considering a very harsh condition here in my place, the grid goes off several times a day.
And now, it’s been a couple of days since I also started nothing the same issues:
- There is a high chance system will shut down when the grid goes off;
- Sometimes it shuts down just randomly.
Also, as some other members mentioned here, I experienced an issue with fans going crazy and staying on until I reboot the unit. This is under just a dozen or two watts of AC load. The until is silent after rebooting under the same load.

Now in worrying, Isn’t this a hardware degradation of some sort? The usage conditions didn’t change but the system became unreliable in the UPS mode. Will and how exactly the firmware upgrade fix the issue if so?
Please push an upgrade for my unit if you think this will help.

Same problem here - AC180P sometimes turns off when working in UPS mode and close to 100% charge. This happens both when the grid is online, and also at the same time as grid disconnects. Later is more frequent it seems.

Question: I see that you’ve been sending this DSP v2088.04 as a custom test solution to the people in this thread. I, and some other people I know, are waiting for an official DSP update, because a few people mentioned here that other issues started occurring with v2088.04. Could you tell us the status of making this DSP reliable and releasing it? How long should we wait? I am not requesting an update yet, being concerned about how safe it is

Hi @Alex_Ri , Regarding the issue with switching charging modes, our app technical engineers have identified the problem. They are currently working on an urgent fix and it will be resolved soon. This issue is not related to the firmware upgrade. Once we release the new version of the Bluetti app, updating the app will resolve the issue.
