Same thing for me, not always, but pretty often my device shuts down as soon as electricity goes down. Using it as UPS, and that’s frustrating! What’s the cure @BLUETTI_CARE?

It randomly shuts down when starting to charge the fridge. It also shuts down whenever it disconnects from the grid. No errors were displayed. The battery is 100% charged. Could you please send the firmware update?

Hello everyone, for customers above who have already provided the SN code and DSP version, I have requested the new DSP v2088.04 to be pushed. This will be completed within 24 hours. Please check if you received the new DSP v2088.04 in your Bluetti APP, upgrade the firmware, and test if the issue of the AC180 is resolved. Please do not load any device when upgrading it.

I cannot switch charging mode for my both devices AC180P and AC70P from application.
Seems this happens after latest application update.
That is not so critical for AC70P as the charging mode can be selected at AC70P front panel.
This is not the case for AC180. You can switch AC180P charging mode via application only which is not working now.
Will you please advise ?

If you have already upgraded to the regular version of DSP v2088.04, we will temporarily rename this custom firmware to DSP v2088.99. If you haven’t upgraded to the regular version of DSP v2088.04 yet, we will directly push this upgrade to you. Please help us test the performance of this custom DSP to see if it can assist with AC charging in unstable power grid environments. We are waiting for your feedback.
