AC180P turns off randomly

With new firmware AC180P (2342000664076, DSP 2088,03) became slightly better — two days seemingly without interruptions of AC output, even EB3A (2244003022538, DSP 2052,51) turned off 4 times in one hour yesterday once but AC180P seemingly acted as UPS like it should.
But anyway today during short grid disconnection (global electricity turnoff) AC180P just turned off completely again — green button became gray, 0 AC output.

And another turning off in 3 hours while electricity didn’t even blink. Seriously, sometimes it’s just unuseable in UPS mode — turnings off are more frequent than without Bluetti devices. So what will you recommend to do next?

I have the same problem…
when at 100% battery and losing power from the grid the station shut downs by itself (sometimes). Please send or push this new firmware update to me.

I have been testing the new firmware for a couple of days. And it seems I have found steps to reproduce another bug. Now, everything works correctly at 100% charge. But when the battery discharges to 99% with the device connected to the power grid during the switch to charging mode, the device shuts down.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Charge to 100%.
  2. With the grid, wait until the battery discharges to 99% and the device tries to switch to charging mode. (At this moment, the device shuts down completely)

@BLUETTI_CARE I have been testing for 2 days. My grid sometimes drops to values when the device stops charging. And even in this mode, there was not a single shut down. So I can say that the bug which was at 99%-100% charge was fixed. Well done!
