AC180P turns off randomly

Shutdown occurs only at 100% SoC but sometimes it is seemingly at random, without grid power loss.
Setting sleep timer to never does not resolve the problem. ECO mode is off. No alert/error messages are provided through the app.

Hey @BLUETTI_CARE, same issue as everyone above faces. Randomly turns off, doesn’t always turn on afterwards.

BMS most likely also v1039.01; the device is at another place and I didn’t catch its BMS version in the screenshot of the bluetti app that I made.
